This is a great small business rental company! We've been doing business with them for a few years now and have never had an issue. We forgot to return a piece of equipment rented for just a day. We ended up keeping it for a week. They worked with us and only charged for the day we used it and the day they picked it up! You won't get that kind of personal service from any of the big chains. Their equipment is in great shape, they respond quickly, and their prices are unbeatable. Thank you, Pensacola Equipment Rental!

Was looking all over the area to rent a smaller excavator for a day and these guys had the best rates by far and that even included drop off and pickup from my house. They gave me some good tips and a good run down on how to operate everything when dropping it off as well. The excavator ran perfectly and I got the hang of it pretty quickly. Overall great experience that saved a lot of time and back-pain for a great price.

Brian was very professional to work with. He was always quick to respond to my text messages. The equipment was delivered on time, both times. I rented a mini excavator and a bobcat. Both were is excellent running condition. The price for the rentals was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pensacola Equipment Rentals. I would definitely use their services again if needed.

Their equipment is well maintained, their prices are hard to beat, they'll work with you if you have issues, don't charge for cancelations, and what we like the most is the culture of the company.
