我来贡献一下中文含量！先说结论，特别好，请租！ 本人不是专业的cyclist，就是普通骑车爱好者。这次五一去槟城环岛骑行租的这家。 1. 关于车 租的是山地车，避震效果很好。我身高158租的S，很合适！ 2. 关于价格和服务 很公道的价格，服务特别好。 计划是第二天骑行，和Matt说好前一天晚上他帮我送车。但是当天从吉隆坡到槟城路况非常不好，到的时候已经晚上九点了，本来和Matt约的是八点，大晚上挺不好意思的，他也超爽快帮我送。送到之后跟我吧啦吧啦非常详细说了各种各样注意事项，帮我全部调试好之后才离开的，超级感谢了 我自己骑车，没拍什么骑着的时候的照片，有点可惜捏。这个车车真的很棒，甚至想自己也买一辆（。

Great road bike and service!! Everything you dream about on equipment like helmet, phone holder etc. could be added to the booking and was delivered. The road bike I rented for a couple of days was in excellent condition. Also, both owners are super nice and we chatted about tours in the area. Thank you so much!

Looking for a bicycle in Penang area? Look no further! I rented a road bike for two days, and Matt was super helpful, both before, during, and after my rides! 👏 Matt shared some nice routes to bike on the island, showed some local spots, and arranged that I could join a group of local riders for a social ride. I can only recommend, and will book again if I come back to Penang

We need more than 5 stars for Ride Penang. I rented a road race bike for two days from Matt and could've easily done many more. From start to finish, I've had the best experience. Talked to him on WhatsApp, quick reply, extremely helpful. From helping to chose the right gear (helmet, shoes) to delivering the bike to my hostel (and being very flexible with that), to helping me plan out the routes and giving me insider tips on some of the tours (food spots, sights, traffic and road conditions), adjusting my bike for me, reassuring me to help out if I get any technical issues, he went above and beyond to accomodate for my preferences and fitness level and to give me an excellent customer experience. I even got to spend one of the days riding with him, meeting locals and overall having the best day!! If you're fit, in Penang and miss road cycling, you HAVE to rent a bike from Ride Penang. It is very worth every cent I spent on this!! The views here are great, roads good, you can do long flats and difficult climbs. This island has it all!

I took the opportunity to do a ride in Penang when I came across Ride Penang X Bicycle and Beyond on the internet. They had decent carbon road bikes for rent so I reserved a bike before my trip. The online reservation was convenient and provided options for additional accessories if needed. The bike was delivered to my hotel with instructions on with how to get in touch with them if help was needed and collected from the hotel once my ride was done. The entire experience was very positive and convenient. I would highly recommend them if you want to do a ride while you’re in Penang.

Excellent service from start to finish! My partner and I rented road bikes from Ride Penang X Bicycle and Beyond for one day. In addition to road bikes, they also have a selection of other types of bikes. Matt came to deliver our bikes and set them up for us, and once we were done he came to pick up them up; the entire process was seamless. The bikes were in perfect condition and equipped with lights and a toolkit. Prior to receiving our bikes, Matt helped us discuss our desired route, and sent over some route inspiration. If you’re thinking about cycling in Penang, I highly recommend this place as the service and communication is top notch!

Good service(send to hotel) and bike conditions is very good. No worries as provide back service or help at Penang. Penang has good cycling path at city and nice Kampong road which I've very fun to ride

Great VIP personal service from Matt. Dropped bike at my hotel with short notice in the early morning and allowed me to extend bike for couple hours without additional charges. And most of all bike was great , clean and fitted to my height on the spot at delivery. No hesitation to recommend.
