I had a productive, insightful and very useful conversation with Mark Barnicoat when I was job hunting. As an HR Director for over 20 years, I find that a great indicator of how a recruiter will behave when you're their client is how they behave with candidates. Mark is excellent in this regard; quick to respond, generous with his time and very insightful about the market and how to maximise your search efforts. That approach points to integrity and I value that above even technical ability, though Mark clearly has that. A great first interaction with Peeq Recruitment and I'm sure there will be more, either as a candidate or client.

Navigating the current challenging job market has been challenging and Mark provided some fantastic insights and pointers on ways to increase my chances of success, documenting my areas of focus and staying true to my desirables for my next role and, how to effectively network and focus my efforts.

I approached Mark recently as he had stood out as very knowledgeable and helpful whilst we were in contact some years ago. My session with him was invaluable and I came away with food for thought as well as some really useful hints and tips to make the best of my profile. It was great to have an external perspective and I really appreciated how generous Mark was with his time. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Peeq to both candidates and also to employers.
