When one was damaged in shipping, but still rideable, he ordered a new replacement bike rather than accept the small compensation offered by the manufacturer. I bought my bike there a little over 2 years ago. I’ve had wonderful success with the bike and I can’t thank the staff more. From day 1 their professionalism and knowledge about their profession was top notch. Every time I needed service with anything including flat tires they went out of their way to get the bike back on the trail. Josh and the staff there are awesome. Pedego of Carmel, every time I go in there, treat you like they have all the time in the world to be with you. Even though they are very busy at the time. We live an hour away, when we take our bikes in for an annual service they try to get us taken care of while we wait. Doesn’t always happen but they make very good effort to get it done.
