I was looking to get my concrete basement floor grinded and sealed. Both Shay and Yonathan at PEC Floors were amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, clean, took the time to explain the process and followed up with daily videos. My biggest concern was the dust during the process. They spent the entire first day prepping to protect the work areas including walls, glass, finished surfaces, trim, etc. to prevent damage from the dust. Lastly my floors came out better than I could ever imagined. I’ve experienced many contractors in the past and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. Man, I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses, but this was an awful experience. I called in regards to a fireplace project. After a brief explanation of what I wanted to do, they said "OK, good luck with that" and quickly hung up on me without explanation. I get that my project might not have been in line with what they wanted to do, but some common courtesy would be appreciated.
