Having used them before, we already felt confident booking again—but somehow they managed to be even better this time. From the very first phone call, the communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. Scheduling was easy, pricing was transparent, and there were no surprises. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, prepared, and ready to work, with a positive and professional attitude that immediately put us at ease. We are customers for life and absolutely recommend them!

Josh, Shawn and Jae were absolutely professional, courteous and great. Pearson Moving blew us away from the very beginning. Not only by being clear on their prices (which were the best by a big margin) but also with the initial contact with Nate. We had a poor experience with another company previously and were worried about it being repeated. This was not the case. The moment Shawn, Jae and Josh showed up they went to work not wasting a moment. First they took in a visual and verbal account of what was being moved, then they jumped into action moving together but individually as a well balanced machine. A four bedroom home had furniture protected and moved into a truck with numerous boxes in less than two hours. The unloading experience was just as wonderful as they did everything they could to ensure items were placed where they needed to be and even tried to get the fridge into the front door after the rain washed out the back gate and yard option. I don't want to move again but if I do I only want Jae, Josh and Shawn to do it.

This business keeps on calling on a private number. I never have requested a quote from this business and based on the bad reviews; I would never do business with them. I do not appreciate all the spam calls. When you look up their number and ask them to quit calling, that does not resolve the issue at all. Time for a class action lawsuit for all the spam calls!

Everything went so smooth from booking to them coming out and packing up and unpacking. JAE'VEONTAE & SHAWN made this whole experience a guaranteed repeat! They unassembled the beds then put them back together. Wrapped our couches. Unhooked washer & dryer then reassembled at our new home. Definitely would highly recommend!
