I had a very disappointing experience at this physical therapy office. I was called and offered an earlier appointment, confirmed it, and even made it clear that if anything changed on my end, I would give them a heads up. They agreed, and everything seemed fine.
I made sure to arrive early, only to be left waiting for about 15 minutes. Then I was told that my appointment had been given away to someone else. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a first-time patient.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of compassion or accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no effort to make things right. No one offered to fix the situation or accommodate me after their mistake.
Gas is not cheap, and people’s time matters. I showed up as expected, and instead of being seen, I was turned away due to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism.
After this experience, I was told I still had an appointment scheduled for April 7th. I made it clear that I was aware of that, but since they had offered me an earlier appointment and mishandled it this way, I asked them to cancel it completely. I also let them know I would be leaving a review.
This experience has completely turned me off from returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone—especially new patients looking for reliable and respectful care. just wrong what they did to my sister🤬🤬
My experience at PT Peak therapy was a good experience, the staff was awesome. I thought I was going to be an extreme pain because I was not able to move my arm, I had shoulder surgery, but after many therapy sessions with Melissa it wasn't that painful at all I would recommend this place to anybody that needs physical therapy. Kudos to Peak Therapy, plus the ladies at the check-in I forget their names, they were so helpful with printing out my sessions.
I am truly impressed with Peak Physical Therapy from the moment I made my first phone call to now as I am post op from an ACL replacement. Every single person has been wonderful to work with from the front desk associates to my awesome physical therapist, Alicia. Each person is friendly, helpful, respectful and professional. As it is an open environment, I can hear everyone else in the therapy room really care about their patients and do everything to make the experience the best it can be. I highly recommend Peak Physical Therapy.
All of the therapists and assistants are kind, friendly and well trained! I worked mostly with Erica, Stephanie and Andy. Andrea and Phoebe at the front desk, always friendly, always with a welcome smile! I enjoyed the pool therapy very much! I would recommend this peak therapy office!
I waited almost 3 weeks for an appointment with Elizabeth. I got her name from a friend. I requested my visits with her. When I got to my first visit I got her trainee. Who informed that that she was working there and felt stuck working there. Elizabeth came over at one point and said hello. 3 more visits I gave it. too many.! Elizabeth did massage my should once and she knows what she is doing. I had her trainer the rest of the time. Her massages felt like she was tickling me. She was a nice girl but this is my shoulder we are talking about. I need to get back to work. They knew what they were doing as far as exercises are concerned. No heat, no ice. I was told by Elizabeth that they don't fool around with that stuff. I had to move to a new location.
Our family has used PEAK PT Quincy and Braintree for several conditions and always had very good improvement or cure. Strongly recommend Ruth for pelvic health. The support team is also kind, helpful and organized.
I just wrapped up my wrist rehab at Peak Physical Therapy in Kingston and had an excellent experience. Jerry was my physical therapist and he was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and thoughtfully and had a strong sense of when to push me and when to ease up which made a real difference in my recovery.
Liz, who leads the team has created a genuinely supportive and well run environment. Everyone is friendly and positive and it is clear they take pride in the care they provide and the progress their patients make.
My wrist feels noticeably stronger and more stable and I am truly grateful for the level of care and attention I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.
