Pamela is an amazing an very thorough provider. I prefer NPs over doctors because as a RN I prefer the bedside manner that majority of NPs provide. To me, they are always more thorough and they look at the entire picture. Pamela made feel extremely comfortable, like she was genuinely interested in understanding my needs while creating a reasonable plan of execution to get me back to my baseline.
My ONLY complaint is that there is no receptionist and no signage posted to say your provider will be out soon to get you. I feel like it should be mentioned in our appointment confirmation letter that there is no receptionist, and a sign on the door indicating that we just need to wait on our provider.
