Mike was great, he looked at the photos and let me know when he could be out. He was able to take care of the problem and refused to accept payment because he thought the correction didn’t warrant it.
I loved his attitude, promptness and professionalism. I have already shown him some other projects and he is working on the estimate. I can’t wait for him to get them done as we begin preparing our house for this spring. Thanks so much Mike!

With the recent storms, shingles blew off of my shed. I contacted Brian at Peak and Valley Roofing to replace the shingles. He was very responsive, quick to respond, and was able to fix the shingles the next day! 10/10 would recommend for any of your roofing needs!

Truly exceptional. We had some vinyl siding damage, due to high winds. Called in the AM and John was able to come out quickly to access and repair the damage. If I could give Peak and Valley 6 stars, I would. It's a pleasure to deal with this company and I would highly recommend them.

During the conversation, we discussed how insurance claim payments typically work and explained that homeowners sometimes choose how to allocate the initial ACV (actual cash value) payment they receive. Once that payment is issued to the homeowner, it is their money and they may decide how to use those funds.
Our role as a contractor is simply to provide professional recommendations based on our experience with roofing projects and insurance restoration work. We do not adjust claims, determine coverage, or advise anyone to misrepresent information to an insurance company.

Jacob and Dean came out to inspect our roof after several of our shingles were ripped off from high winds. They were polite, professional, and answered all questions without making us feel pressured!

I have not had such an outstanding experience with a company in a very long time. Due to the wind, I had damage to my siding. I called Peak and Valley Roofing at 8:45 a.m. and arranged for someone to come out later that same day. I got a call less than two hours later saying they had a cancellation and could they come sooner. By 11:30 the repair was complete. Dean and his coworker were very respectful and friendly. Dean explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He was clear and concise. I will happily return to Peak and Valley for siding and roof problems when I need it. Grade A+

Dean from Peak and Valley roofing came out to look at a window on my house that had been poorly installed by another contractor. The job wasn't something he normally takes on, but he went out of his way to connect me with tradesmen who could do it as well as make some additional repairs we needed badly. He didn't make a dime from us, just did it to help out in a very stressful time. Thanks so much, Dean. I'll be back for some gutter work and will recommend you to everyone I can in the meantime.

I had a leak that presented due to an issue with my flashing on the addition to my house. I called and left a message, within minutes I received a note from Mike advising he could make it out same day only a few hours later. I was thrilled and was happy to meet Mike right on time. Mike came and walked through the house to identify where the leak was, took a look in the attic to check, and ultimately went on the roof to diagnose the issue. Confirmed the problem, sealed it up temporarily and will be providing a permanent fix when the weather warms up. This was a great experience considering I called some other roofing contractors and never heard back. I also appreciate the courtesy extended to me and quick help provided by Mike - demonstrating great customer service.

I had a terrible roof leak emergency and could not reach anyone. I called about 20 places. I reached out to Peak and Valley Roofing as a last ditch effort to get some help in South Euclid. Mike reached out via text message, I called him and explained in detail my situation. Mike was very emphatic and showed concerned. He was able to get to my home within an within an hour which is is earlier than we initially agreed.
Mike inspected everything and gave me a good summary of the issue. The leak stopped and we are working together to get the issues permanently solved. Mike provided me comfort and I felt cared for. Communication is top tier. Thank You Mike!
