So far, I'm very impressed with this service! The owner and the technician were both polite and very understanding of our situation. We got same-day service!!! And they will be back in 3 days to check the traps, which really calms my mind. Phillip was super kind to everyone in our home....even had treats for my dog. He treated the inside and outside of our home for bugs, ants, spiders, mice...I'm so glad I reached out to this company.
Added note: the mice seem to be under control now, and Phillip has returned right away when I have found dead ones to take them away. I am hopeful that we only had a couple of mice wander in, but they have traps set up outside too, so we should be good to go now.
