Melvin and Jen were really nice and pleasant to talk to. Melvin also gave me some helpful tips and information on how to ensure proper air flow in your pc tower/case. This is my second time taking my pc to PCNinja and will continue to do so when I need some assistance or work done on my gaming PC.

I highly recommend Melvin at PC Ninja for any of your tech issues. I found him to be very honest and knowledgeable. We brought Melvin Foo from PC Ninja to our office to work on a project which we thought was going to be a fairly complex challenge; integrating older computers on an existing Ethernet-based system with newer computers which solely access the internet.
Not only did he solve the problem, he exceeded our expectations.
Thanks to Melvin’s expertise, he crafted a plan to have all our computers on an internet configuration. Now, with a few smart adjustments and updated browsers, we can have our old computers access the internet as well.
We did encounter a small printer glitch near the end of the project, but with Melvin’s help, we worked through the final steps and properly secured several very important IP addresses. His patience, attention to detail, and commitment to seeing the job fully completed really stood out.
