Our loss assessor, Niall, was brilliant—he was very responsive, kept us fully informed throughout the process, and made sure we never felt in the dark. He also answered all of our questions clearly and promptly, which really put our minds at ease. Overall, dealing with PCLA was a stress-free experience, and we’re genuinely grateful for their support and guidance. My wife and I were distressed to discover that the persistent damp smell and mould patches in two bedrooms were caused by leaks from our sub floor gun barrell pipes. Our plumber suggested that a complete over haul of the heating system which would be very expensive was the only realistic solution and that we should contact PCLA to act on our behalf in dealing with the insurance claim.We were very glad we did because we received 5 star treatment .They appointed Dean Mc Loughlan as our loss assessor and we were very impressed by his courtesy knowledge and expertise .He immediately took charge of the whole claim process and negotiated a settlement with which we were very happy . We highly recommend this company

We came back from holiday, to find my roof had been leaking due to storm damage, 1 bedroom and living room were both damaged, I was recommended PCLA by a friend and it turned out to be very good advice, Gerry Nolan was appointed my assessor and he talked me through the whole process. Never once did i have any contact with the insurance company, the whole case was settled in a matter of weeks, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend PCLA to anyone who has a insurance claim.

We recently experienced significant water damages in our home and as people who rarely make insurance claims, the situation was quite daunting. Our contractor recommended that we contact PCLA and Mark Fagan acted as our loss assessor. He was excellent throughout the entire process, came out promptly (on the day we contacted him), carefully reviewed the situation and provided a clear and professional independent appraisal of the damage. Mark and the PCLA team then entered all dealings with the insurance company on our behalf, which removed a huge amount of stress at what was already a difficult time. His diligence, expertise and attention to detail ensured that our claim was properly represented and ultimately resulted in a very positive outcome for us. It made a significant difference having someone knowledgeable and independent advocating for our case. We would highly recommend Mark Fagan and the PCLA team.

Following a burst pipe leak at our property Pcla were recommended to us to deal with regarding handling our claim. Gerry Nolan from Pcla arranged to call out to the house to look at the damage and check paperwork regarding my cover. He handled everything for us in an expert professional yet friendly manner. What was a stressful incident in the house Gerry and the team at Pcla took the hassle and stress away from us having to deal with the insurers.
