I always feel insurance company's are trying to avoid paying out .in my 41 years paying insurance my dealings with them on the rare occasion I needed to has been negative. I was thrilled to find Niall and learn he would be doing all dealings with my company.From start to finish it was very professional. I was updated when needed and I was thrilled to not have to deal with anyone only Neill. Without a doubt I would recommend using PCLA THANKS SO MUCH

Fantastic service from the PCLA team. We had a burst pipe and I was lost with the requirements for an insurance claim. After sending an enquiry form online, I was contacted within 10 minutes. Gerry, the local representative for my area, was in touch very soon afterwards and took over everything. I have now received a very reasonable settlement and had none of the headache of dealing with the insurance company myself. Highly recommended.
