Based on a personal recommendation, I reached out to PCF Construction for a complex deck and water intrusion issue and was very impressed with their professionalism throughout the process. Mario was responsive, thorough, and took the time to walk through the details and answer all of my questions clearly. While I didn’t move forward with the project due to a change in circumstances, I appreciated their thoughtful, diagnostic approach and attention to detail. I will definitely reach out to them again for future projects.

I had no idea that there existed outfits nearly as professional as PCF. Right from the very first call I made (based on my neighbor's referral), to the immediately scheduled sales visit, to the assessment visit, to the execution, to the regular status updates and reporting, to the change order management, to cost visibility and predictability, to the the ease of communication with the team and company, to the timing and quality of delivery... I could go on. PFC exceeded every single one of my expectations. Danny, Jake and Mario were amazing folks to work with. 10/10 recommend.

The Undercover System looks fantastic and performs even better. Not only does it cover the previously unattractive joists on my upper deck, but it has also completely transformed our lower deck into a comfortable space we can enjoy in hot weather and even in the rain. Being able to relax on the lower deck and even use the hot tub while it’s raining has been a real pleasure. Cristian Rosas, the onsite group leader, was exceptional. He provided a clear written report at the end of each day outlining progress and the upcoming schedule, which we really appreciated. Cristian, Jake, and Don (the electrician) all communicated effectively and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the project. My wife even commented on how impressive their teamwork was; they worked seamlessly together and frequently supported and complimented one another. Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish.

PCF did an amazing job on replacing our 30 year old rotted wood deck, with composite, paver stones and canopy. Our backyard is transformed and beautiful. Especially great was the crew: Boyan, Spencer and Evan! They went over and above. They were kind, helpful and considerate. So appreciated. Highly recommend this company and crew, the best! Working with The PCF team on our major back yard remodel was an excellent experience. We have had bad experiences with contractors in the past but that was not the case with the team at PCF. Patrick was great to work with on the initial concept, design and contact. Ryan was behind the scenes managing the project. Special thanks to Tyson who built our covered structure. We had a top notch experience with People Comes First. From consultation, quoting and installation it was a great experience. At first we went with another so called "contractor" to instal our deck to try to save some money. It was a costly mistake. We ended up having to hire People Comes First to come back and correct and improve the original deck. It is a major regret we didn't go with PCF the first time.Cameron, Mario, Christian and Heath were amazing. All of my questions and concerns were taken seriously the end result speaks for itself. The old "contractor" even told his "railing guy" not to work with us directly posing a concern to get the same railing and have it match. Christian took care of everything and tracked it down. Its perfect. Our deck finally has the Wow factor we were going for thanks to PCF. Thank you team for the excellent customer service and craftsmanship... the pride you take in your work shows and is appreciated.

I had PCFCG come out to fix my generator as it would not start without draining the battery. I had them come out and they told me that I needed to replace the battery. I took it in and had it recharged as it was still a good battery. I let PCFCG to come back out to look at the generator but no on e came out. Looks like I got lost in the shuffle of my rep being fired. It took some time to get the help I needed. Once they got a hold of me, they apologized and fixed the issue. Now my generator works well. I would recommend this company.

George and Lucas did a great job on our patio cover. Both were on time everyday, and such hard workers - we were impressed by how much they accomplish in a day. These guys deserve all the credit - professional, kind, and George's attention to detail was much appreciated. Now top and bottom levels are covered and lit, and quicker than I thought possible. Boyan and Spencer we friendly, efficient, and communicated the plans, timing, and all the details. Luke and Chris from Rock Electric were wonderful and Evan and Chris installed the custom undercover. Quinn managed our project efficiently and Jordan got us started. Beyond happy with the results.

Ace was very professional and respectful. He found and fixed the problem right away. The owner send 2 other "electricians" last week and one wanted to rip into the wall and the other guy wanted to replace the circuit breaker. Neither one of them found the problem or even came back to try again. I am thankful they did not come back. Thank you again Ace.
