Mr. Bates was very helpful answering questions to help our family decide if we needed to move forward with legal representation. His concern for our situation, not ever having met us was professional but yet he had empathy for what we were going through. He spent a good amount of time, giving advice and direction so that we are better able to make a decision if we need to retain legal council or not.
