I own a small business in Ohio. I started using Payroll Partners in August of last year. I was promised at the beginning that they would audit my tax accounts to be sure everything was up to date when I onboarded with them. After 3 months of processing, I received a notice from our regional tax agency that since coming on board with them, every month my tax filing was late and was assessed a late fee of 750 each month. I contacted them in early November to address this issue. Despite being told it was being taken care of, I find myself now 8 months later with over $5000 in penalty fees that have accrued due to them never addressing the issue for months. Upon escalation, the leadership has taken zero responsibility and takes no ownership of their lack of attention to the matter. I would not recommend this company for payroll. They don't follow up on serious requests, pay your taxes on time or take responsibility for mistakes and are loaded with false promises. I might add that Melanie and Emberly have been great to work with.
Cheryl R. is great to work with. She is always quick to respond and get things done for us.

Iann was extremely responsive in replying with tax information needed for an unemployment tax audit. No delays, no questions and the information was returned within one business day. This is why we use Payroll Partners!!

We recently transitioned our payroll and payroll tax processing to Payroll Partners, Inc. in Fort Wright, KY after handling everything in-house for nearly 20 years. While it was a big decision for us, the experience has been excellent. We’ve been very impressed with the Payroll Partners software, reporting, and overall staff support. Kailin was outstanding during the implementation—she was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. As a large seasonal employer with some employees requiring paper checks, she went above and beyond to ensure we could continue printing payroll checks in-house. We highly recommend Payroll Partners!

I am an employee at a company that uses Payroll Partners and all I can say is Payroll Partners is an absolute JOKE! Dating back to August, somehow my account got hacked to where payments were going into a bank account that wasn't mine. I never once changed my banking info and honestly to this day I still don't even know how to. When I tried to contact Payroll Partners about it, they completely ignore me and only answer to my boss. It is now November, and my issue is still ongoing, and they are behind on payments yet AGAIN. Even worse, I am still owed a paycheck from AUGUST that Payroll Partners refuses to give me because they paid someone else. This company is the definition of unprofessional and one that has messed with my livelihood for 4 MONTHS. If you are looking for a new payroll company, stay far away from these guys. If I could give these guys 0 stars I would.
