We recently moved from a national payroll provider to Payroll Partners and Kailin Brauch, who lead our transition and implementation could not have been more professional, accessible, and helpful. She exceeded my expectations and I happily refer Payroll Partners to other small business owners.

We love Payroll Partners' local presence and expertise in proper tax calculations, and their software is fully customizable which has helped me get exactly what I need (and what I'm accustomed to having from the old provider). The best part for us is having a single expert liaison at Payroll Partners, our Implementation Project Manager Kailin -- I love having an individual point person for all my questions and requests, and Kailin in particular is a great teacher, and a quick executor of all my requests. She's been easy to get a hold of when I need her and her customer service is unmatched. She has been my business fairy godmother. Changing payroll providers should be a pain in the butt, but with Payroll Partners it's been so easy and seamless!

I cannot find enough positive things to say about the entire process of transitioning from our previous very large payroll processor to Payroll Partners. I had immense fear and trepidation, but when our current situation was no longer tolerable we researched and found Payroll Partners. They are AMAZING. Their customer service consists of LIVE, one-on-one, state-side representatives who actually answer an extenstion without a lengthy phone tree and know my name and my account information. No communication issues or dropped calls. No repeating my story - they are familiar with my account. I could stop there - but they are also amazingly knowledgeable, helpful, patient, friendly and they FIX my issues rather than giving me a link and a homework assignment on how to fix everything myself. Like most business professionals, I have a very busy job, so the peace of mind given by Payroll Partners is invaluable. They kindly say, "Just call anytime, we will take care of it." Specifically - the pricing is spot on competitive and the transition was seamless. They also walk you through every step of "breaking up" with your payroll provider to tie up all loose ends. Our implementation representative, Kailin Brauch, was professional and encouraging and made the process exciting rather than daunting. She is clearly so passionate about making our experience positive and she is exceptional at her role. The customer service is so amazing it ALMOST overshadows the system - which is pretty impressive. The system can do pretty much everything - "no ask to small" - lots of moments of awe when I realized the time this payroll system was going to save me every week. Lisa Roark was also amazing in the behind the curtain work at setting up our ACA. She was so patient and taught me so much. Their ACA set up makes the annual filing ridiculously easy! Anyway - 5 stars only because I couldn't give 6. One of the best business decisions I have ever made.

The process has been very smooth with Payroll Partners so far and Kailin specifically was very helpful in getting us onboarded and communicating very well. Our employees have been paid accurately and on time every single time (which was NOT the case with previous payroll companies!) and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service that you don't get with most big payroll companies.
