I am so grateful I found Payless Moving to help me with my move ! I had a 4 bedroom house to move and they were fast , respectful, and communicative. I thought I would use this company. When the guys working there were putting my things in the house. I said please don’t put that here. Put this here. They were calling me all kinds of bad names. If you can imagine. They didn’t get everything off of the truck.yet. They were treating my things not nice. I had to call the police. Then THE SO CALLED SON ROB CAME TO ME AND ASKED FOR ALOT OF MONEY BEFORE RELEASING MY STUFF. They were threatening to take my stuff and take me to court. People SHOULD NOT DO THAT. ROB THE SON WAS ACTING CRAZY until I paid him cash of what he ask for to release my stuff. Please. Don’t use this company.

We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but we feel it’s important to share the full context for the sake of fairness.
Halfway through the job, our crew members were met with verbal abuse, including being cursed at and insulted. Despite this, they remained professional and continued working hard under difficult conditions. The move turned out to be far larger than originally disclosed — nearly a full truckload to a multi-story townhouse — but we honored our commitment and continued the job without adjusting your quoted rate.
When it came time to explain the final bill, which reflected our time and services accurately, there was refusal to pay. At that point, we had to pause the job and a manager personally drove out to help resolve the situation. You then shifted the conversation to a third party (your son), who completed the paperwork and agreed to settle the bill for less than the actual amount owed.
No police were ever called, and at no point were threats made to withhold items unlawfully. We simply requested payment for services rendered — which were provided in good faith, despite being under extremely challenging conditions.
I also notice you just left 3 companies bad reviews all within the past 45 minutes. Ironic.
We take pride in our reputation and the professionalism of our long-time team members. While we understand not every job is a perfect fit, we stand behind our staff and how the situation was handled.

Five stars across the board… These guys are the real deal! They arrived earlier than expected and packed everything into the truck so fast it was amazing! Ryan, Noah, and the last guy whose name I cannot recall (I apologize!) were so professional and friendly! Ryan went a step further and actually helped me with some things in my new apartment which wasn’t really his job, but he went above and beyond and it did not go unnoticed. He was happy to help. I would absolutely use these guys again. Great price on top of it!! Thank you for calming my nerves and making my move go so smoothly! If i could give them a ten ,I would!!!They were the BEST movers I ever used!!There was 3 guys and they wrapped everything that I didnt think to wrap to ensure nothing happened ,like end tables ,tvs and my entertainment center.Noone ever did that before!They were there exactly when they said they would be there and I even got a heads up phone call to confirm!They were extremely nice guys and took their job very seriously.Thanks payless moving!You're AMAZING!!!!

Had a great experience with these movers! They were professional, on time and came prepared with all of the tools they needed to take apart and transfer all of my furniture without a scratch. The move was between 2 homes in Philadelphia, and despite unforeseen issues with parking these guys were understanding and adaptable to the situation. Also charged the exact amount I was quoted (which was very reasonable)! I cannot recommend them enough.
We had soo much stuff to move Payless came into my brand new house and cleaned everything there was mud all over the lawn because the house is soo new they put mats down and no mud was in the house if you are needing to move I highly recommend
