I cannot recommend Ashley and Paws Up Express enough! ❤️🐾 From the very beginning, the service was absolutely amazing. Ashley picked up my puppy the day before because her flight to Mexico was leaving very early the next morning, and she took such wonderful care of her from the moment she picked her up until she placed her in my arms. She arrived with her own TSA-approved travel bag, a little blanket, a bandana, and even an adorable stuffed animal with a heartbeat to help comfort her. 🥹❤️ Throughout the entire journey, Ashley kept me updated with photos, videos, and messages, letting me know how my puppy was doing every step of the way. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. Everything was handled with so much care, attention, and professionalism. You can truly tell how much Ashley loves and cares for the animals she transports. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful service and for bringing my little girl safely home to me. I would absolutely use Paws Up Express again and highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pet.

We had a wonderful experience with Paws Up Express. Ashley was fantastic! She was kind, professional, and clearly cared about my puppy. Ashley kept me updated throughout the trip and sent pictures along the way. It was so reassuring to see my puppy happy, relaxed, and comfortable with her. When she arrived, my puppy was happy and doing great. I could tell she had been very well cared for during the entire trip. I am so thankful to Ashley for getting my girl home to us safely. I would absolutely use Paws Up Express again and highly recommend Ashley and Paws Up Express to anyone needing to transport their pet. 🐾❤️

I purchased a ragdoll kitten out of state. I don’t like to fly so I figured I would have to get in my car and go for a couple day road trip. Then, the breeder mentioned using a flight nanny. I had zero knowledge as to what a flight nanny was. I felt a few hour flight was less traumatic for my kitten compared to an extended road trip. I contacted Ashley and she immediately put me at ease. I explained to her what I needed and she made all of the arrangements. She responded promptly to my questions which I appreciated. On the day of the flight she kept me informed and sent pictures to reassure me all was well. My kitten arrived at the airport safe and calm which was a huge relief. I would use Paws Up Express again and I would recommended them to anyone else that needs a pet transported. Thx Ashley!

Absolutely wonderful service from Paws Up Express! My family and I needed a last-minute transport for a puppy, and Ashley just happened to be available. She gave us options for the service, adapted to our needs, and was clear, honest, and kind throughout the whole interaction. She kept us in the loop, updated us regularly when she got the puppy, and answered quickly. Our puppy was delivered safe and sound. I can't recommend Paws Up Express enough!!

We can’t recommend Ashley and Paws Up Express highly enough! She transported our whippet puppy all the way from Georgia to Southern California, and the whole experience was wonderful. Communication was excellent throughout the entire journey—she sent pictures and videos as she traveled, so we always knew where our girl was and how she was doing. Our puppy arrived happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for, which told us everything about how she was treated on the road. But Ashley went above and beyond when we met her at the airport. She was incredibly thoughtful and kind, offering to help us get the puppy to the car and taking the time to let our young son meet her for the first time right there. Those small gestures meant so much, especially given the circumstances. She pulled the puppy out so he could play with her and bond immediately. Our girl is already settling in beautifully and bonding with our older dog. Trusting someone to bring a new puppy across the country is a big deal, and Ashley made it completely stress-free. If you’re looking for reliable, caring pet transport, Paws Up Express is absolutely the way to go. Thank you, Ashley, for getting our girl home safely!

Ashley delivered our sweet boy to us this morning and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the whole experience. From the moment I filled out the form to request information, Ashley has been nothing but helpful. Ashley was just fantastic from beginning to end. Besides being just a sweet person, she was incredibly professional. Communication was top notch, as was her dedication and attention to detail. This is 5 star, concierge service for you and your future furry family member, and was worth every penny. Between a 4hr drive, and 4hr flight, it would have been easy for our little 8wk old boston to get stressed out. That she arrived calm, comfortable, and clearly loved, meant so much to us.
