Ashley delivered our sweet boy to us this morning and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the whole experience. From the moment I filled out the form to request information, Ashley has been nothing but helpful. She was quick to respond to any and all my questions and continued to stay in contact until our sweet boy was in our arms. She sent me pictures letting me know he was getting all the love and snuggles as she traveled with him. She made the entire experience so easy and seamless. Highly recommend Paws Up Flight Nanny.
Ashley was just fantastic from beginning to end. Besides being just a sweet person, she was incredibly professional. Communication was top notch, as was her dedication and attention to detail. This is 5 star, concierge service for you and your future furry family member, and was worth every penny.
Between a 4hr drive, and 4hr flight, it would have been easy for our little 8wk old boston to get stressed out. That she arrived calm, comfortable, and clearly loved, meant so much to us. Getting so many video and pictures of the journey was the icing on the cake.

This was a last minute find and boy, are we blessed to have found them after having a horrific experience and cancelling another company. This family owned company goes above and beyond to make you feel heard, calms any concerns, and keeps you fully updated the whole way whether it’s texts, a phone call, gps route sharing or plane gps sharing; they’ve got it figured out! Well worth every penny to get your fur baby home! I didn’t even have to mention to them about the puppy being 9 weeks old and my concern for her being on any public ground without her second round of shots…they already have a strict no paws down for puppies!! That right there is huge! Cannot say enough! Plus big win for helping another small local business🙏🙏 will absolutely use them again and again! 100/10 service! No complaints! Now how many times can you say that?😇‼️

Jason and Ashley are incredible. Not only are they awesome at their jobs, but they are amazing people. I was left in a major pinch, our puppy basically stranded in Mississippi after a miscommunication between the breeder, ground transport, and the original flight nanny. This was my first time flying a puppy to me, so I was completely unaware of how this industry worked. Scrambling at 4am, trying to make calls to ask the initial flight nanny to take another flight I found out of the same area he was in, I got voicemails and full mailboxes. Turns out when you hire some of these services, it’s not their sole task for the day to get your new pet to you… this was a flight attendant taking a route, but he HAD to turn around, without our puppy. . I was attempting to surprise my 3 young children with our newest family member, and was suddenly out of a plan, stressed, and stuck. The previous transportation owner was kind enough to reach out to her network, and Ashley stepped up immediately. Flights and hotels were booked, Jason hit the road for a 7 or 8 hour road trip, putting their entire lives on hold for me and my family, all while being incredibly kind and communicative. They got us our sweet pup Biscuit 26 hours after he was supposed to arrive and plans fell through, with literally no notice. Jason was so sweet and patient to coordinate the details of the surprise with me, and he genuinely felt so excited and honored to be a part of it. Without them, we wouldn’t have been able to pull this off. I will never use anyone else to transport a pet. I feel so lucky that my original plan fell through, and I was able to work with and meet them! Thank you so much for being a critical part of our special day and memory.
Ashley helped me transport my three cats cross country! She arranged every aspect of the move expertly getting us the best transportation options, and managed to juggle carrying all three cats through security. They were well protected the entire time and the whole journey came off without a hitch. Thank you, Ashley, I trusted you and everything went perfectly!
Jason and Ashley are absolutely amazing people. I needed expedited transportation for my sweet girl and they really stepped up to accommodate a difficult situation. My dog enjoyed the lap of luxury as she traveled down the east coast under Jason's watchful eye. She arrived at her destination happy and healthy. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service that Paws up provides. They provided multiple transport options and I was able to choose the best way to get her to her destination. Ashley is amazing, and so communicative about the entire journey with the pup! Seeing the pictures along the journey made me have peace of mind that our lil fur ball was safe and in fantastic hands. Choosing Paws up express,to transport my new puppy from GA to MI, could not have gone any better! It didn’t feel like a business transaction but like sending a best friend to pick up my puppy. Ashley and her husband Jason were both so kind and helpful. I received numerous photos and updates from the minute they picked her up, adventures at the airport and tracking info to follow her plane journey.They were easy to deal with very adorable and a pleasure to work with. I hope to not need any new puppies in the near future but if I did I would definitely be using PAWS Up EXPRESS, and would recommend anyone needing transport consider them as well. You will not be disappointed thank you Ashley and Jason for getting our baby home.
Ashley recently helped us get our puppy from Atlanta to Boston. We could not be happier with her and could not recommend her highly enough. This is the first time we are writing a review and do not feel that 5 stars quite cuts it.
Ashley loves pets and has a great deal of experience handling them. She is honest, conscientious, professional, and caring. She picked up our puppy the night before she flew him to us, spent the night with him in a hotel at Atlanta Airport to ensure there were no issues with the lengthy TSA lines or the flight, and delivered him to us like he never traveled. No stress, no fatigue, no anxiety, nothing.
From when we first contacted Ashley based on our breeder’s recommendation, she was responsive and regularly communicated with us to keep us updated and put our minds at ease. We could not have hoped for a better experience. And that is largely because of Ashley.
We will be getting a second puppy in a few months, and we already know we will absolutely be using Ashley again.
Our experience with Paws Up Express was everything I had hoped for and more. Ashley was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us well-informed about the schedule and flights throughout the process.
