We used Ashley to bring our 17 pound Maltipoo from DFW to LGA yesterday. She took excellent care of him and was very communicative every step of the way. I was super nervous because he’s never flown before and I was worried he was too big but Ashley reassured me that it would all work out and it certainly did! Saved us a 24 hour drive!
Ashley was absolutely wonderful with our cross country puppy surprise. From first communication to puppy in my arms everything was safe, thoughtful, and professional. Not only did she take on a transport with relatively short notice, she worked with us to find the right airport and timing solutions. She was prepared for everything and took excellent care of our puppy in transit. Ashley sent lots of pictures and messages to update and communicate along the way. It was so reassuring knowing how our pup was doing while traveling. I would 100% hire paws up express again and absolutely will recommend to anybody in need of the best flight nanny.
Within minutes of meeting Ashley at PDX, I had no doubts the puppy she was transporting was in the best hands! As a breeder, I’ve always had families come in person to pick up their puppies since I’d heard mixed reviews about flight nannies — but Ashley completely changed my mind. She was incredibly thorough and genuinely cared about every detail of the puppy’s comfort and health throughout the trip. She was calm, professional, and kind, and is exactly the kind of person you want handling such precious cargo.
She kept in close contact with both me and the new family, handled everything seamlessly, and truly went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her again and can’t recommend her enough! 🐾✈️
When hope is lost, Ashley makes miracles happen for families! I was originally hesitant about flying our puppy from Seattle to Atlanta (such a long flight), and was trying to figure out how I could find the time to make the drive, but nothing was working. I was about to give up. Then I spoke with Ashley. Her passion and dedication for what she does was evident from the beginning. Her extensive experience shines through via the knowledge she has about every little detail and requirement in the process (things I had never even thought of). Her compassion for the comfort of our puppy was her first priority to the point that she was willing to alter her own schedule to accommodate him! You can FEEL how much she cares about your pet, as though it is her own. Any anxieties I had were gone, knowing our puppy was in her care. From our original contact to when she came up the escalator with our puppy, her communication was incredible! I never wondered about anything bc she was way ahead of me with updates, pictures, and videos. The companies I spoke w/ before Paws Up Express were so transactional and cold, I didn’t think I would ever end up flying our puppy. But again, Ashley changed my mind, and I am so grateful she did!
We had a fabulous experience with Ashley! She took our Italian Greyhound puppy from Georgia to California. Through the whole process she was friendly, very communicative, and best of all is clearly an animal lover who takes the best possible care of pets under her watch. She books confirmed airline tickets and shared the itinerary with us, and on the day itself she sent us tons of pics and status updates to let us know that our puppy was doing well. She even went above and beyond in handling unexpected last-minute schedule changes from the breeder. Overall, our experience was absolutely fantastic and I'd highly recommend her to anybody!

We recently used Ashley, to transport our tiny chihuahuas, and I can honestly say I won’t trust anyone else with them going forward. From start to finish, they went above and beyond—following every instruction we gave to a T. Our chihuahuas are incredibly small and need extra care, but Ashley treated them like royalty. They kept us updated throughout the entire journey, handled them with such gentleness, and made sure they were comfortable and safe the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who not only listens but truly understands how much our pets mean to us. We’re beyond grateful and will absolutely be using her again.

Paws Up Express | Flight Nanny – Ashley is a Godsend!
I cannot recommend Ashley with Paws Up Express enough! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure our sweet grandpuppy Alex had a smooth, safe, and stress-free journey to his new forever home.
Ashley flew into Austin, rented a car, and drove over 2.5 hours just to personally pick up our grandpup. Then she turned right around, made the drive back, and spent the night in a hotel. Flight day: she broke up the day with short flights since Alex was older and bigger- all with a calm, loving presence that kept our puppy relaxed the entire way.
Our new grandpuppy’s new family shared that he arrived happy, clean, and full of tail wags — not a bit of stress on him! That speaks volumes about the level of care Ashley provided during travel.
