After losing our elderly dog and having a new puppy we wanted to find a new vets which was independently owned. Our experience with previous vets sadly was not good over last few years when became part of a corporate group. The vet we saw for our new puppy welfare check and vaccination was lovely, down to earth friendly and was great with our puppy. Whilst we have only had the one visit we were very impressed- care of animals a priority over inflated pricing

Ivy had her second post opp visit today the helped me get Ivy out off the car all came and gave her a fuss then the vet came to fetch Ivy in Pleasant as always explained everything our next step forward check the wounds and temperature. Everything was going okay for her cannot thank him enough for what he’s done for Ivy. I will Recommend this Vets too anybody the kindness shown throughout unbelievable

I saw the nurse for some help in getting Noah to take his tablets as I have exhausted everything I can think of. The nurse was calm, professional. Talked to Noah and explained everything to me so I understood what was happening. Excellent practice, the best I have every been to!

Pawsome Vets are so helpful, knowledgeable, explains everything to me about my dogs condition, never pushing for extra treatment. The vet carried my dog to the consultation room and to my car when finished. So kind.

Absolutely brilliant vets. Sergio is so patient with my very anxious and noisy labradoodle. Everything is examined clearly, pricing treatment and diagnosis . Receptionists are very helpful Certainly recommend

Esme visited today for a post op check. Everything went well, and Esme was happy to visit. She always arrives excited to see the receptionists nurses and the vet, and mostly gives at least one of them a kiss.

Ezra went for his worming tablet Friday .Ezra won't let me give him his tablet so he spits it out .one of staff gave it Ezra no problem .so he was happy .Ezra been to vets with a limp . injured shoulder pain killers and inflammation jab .

I contacted Pawsome vets with a concern about my dog’s eye. The receptionist was very friendly, I added photographs to the app and even though it was close to their closing time I was given an appointment straight away. The vet was very friendly and gave my dog a thorough examination, reassuring me there was nothing serious to worry about.

We recently registered our two kittens with Pawsome Vets and have had a really positive experience so far.Everyone has been friendly, helpful and easy to talk to from the start. We had quite a few questions as new kitten owners and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.The practice has been great with communication, appointments have been easy to arrange, and all costs were explained clearly which we really appreciated.What stood out most was that we never felt rushed. The team took the time to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Our kittens were completely relaxed during their visit, which says a lot in itself!
