Booked Valeria to do drop in visits on my 3 month old puppy while I was out of town and my husband was at work. She was so thorough in her meet and greet questions and did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable to leave Oakley for the first time ever. She sent daily photo galleries showing what she and Oakley did during her visit. She also left thorough reports of how Oakley did and what they did during the visit at the end of each drop in. I couldn’t recommend her enough to watch your fur babies and will definitely book with her again when needed. 🩷

Valeria is hands-down the best! We've been using her for years to do drop-in visits whenever we're away on trips, and plan on using no one else! We're really nervous about being away from our girl, and Valeria's detailed updates and pictures really help us feel at ease. She really notices the small things too like if your dog is frequently scratching the same spot, and she'll look into it to see if everything's ok. She truly seems to love our dog almost as much as we do. You cannot go wrong with using Paws & Care!

I have used Valeria over the last year to do drop in visits for my 2 cats & turtle that lives in a tank. My cats love to greet her at the door when she comes & they enjoy playtime with her. She makes sure they are fed & have water & of course gives treats that we leave which the girls love! Each visit she sends pictures of the cats & turtle which I love! This last time I was expecting some Amazon deliveries while we were gone &Valeria checked for them & brought them inside when they came.

When we are planning an out of town trip, Valeria is also part of the planning process. We know that when we leave our cat behind, we have peace of mind knowing that Valeria will be there for her. We know we can depend on her. And if our plans change while we are out of town, all we have to do is request her services and she'll be there for us -- and our Kimmie cat. My husband always brags to our friends that Valeria leaves us daily updates and photos from her visits. I 100 percent recommend her. She'll become your pet's best friend.

Valeria is truly one of a kind! This was her third time watching my cats, and every experience with her has been amazing. From the moment I was introduced to her, she has been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. During this stay, we even had an issue with my door lock not working, and she patiently waited while I unlocked it through the app. I really appreciated her calmness and flexibility.
