Needed assisstance after feeling lost while dealing with a business property damage claim. Paul put it into perspective and was able to go straight to the heart of the resolution. My only regret about using Paul is that I didn't contact him immediately after the loss. We would have been so much better off. Hopefully we'll never be in this position again, but if we are, our first call will be to Paul Dix, Public Insurance Adjuster. Thank you, Paul!

I cannot say enough for Paul Dix. My house caught on fire and I was subsequently in the Byrne center for an extended length of time and I did not have the opportunity or knowledge to hire a Public Adjuster. However, after after after months of frustration and being manipulated by contractors insurance companies, I hired Mr. Dix’s. He has taken what was a bad situation on top of a life, changing tragedy and turn things around and has gotten me compensated By the insurance company and getting the construction contractor in line, I don’t know what I would’ve done without him

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Paul Dix, our hired Private Adjuster! We were struggling with our Insurance Company after having an unexpected flood in our home. Our claim had been mishandled and passed off to six different claim adjusters over a period of 17 months. A friend suggested we hire a private adjuster to help. Paul did not let us down. He went above and beyond!!! To the point of flying to our location to help pick up the pieces of our claim. It was the best thing we could have done! Paul was extremely professional and proficient at his job. He took over all aspects of our claim and was the voice on our behalf. He removed all the stress and frustration we had been feeling. It was truly amazing at how fast things turned around after Paul got involved. Having someone represent you that speaks the same language as the Insurance Company was huge! Today,in desperation, I made several phone calls to get some advice on our pending flood insurance case.going down the list of Independent insurance adjusters I was getting very discouraged. Although everyone I called was kind, no one seemed to have answers for me or had time to direct me to someone who did.When I got ahold of Paul Dix He spoke to me in person and gave me step-by-step instruction on how navigate my claim with with our insurance company to get a fair settlement. he was kind and informative and embodied what I can only call old-school quality customer service.
