Exceptional service with true dedication The team went above and beyond when my truck’s rear window was shattered during a camping trip. They knew exactly what was needed and planned to replace it the next day. Despite the replacement being accidentally damaged during delivery, they didn’t hesitate to drive three hours to get a new one and install it that same day in the July heat. Their expertise, responsiveness, and dedication are incredible. By the afternoon, my window was as good as new. Truly exceptional service!

William Hawk and his associate were two excellent guys able to help us after a stray rock destroyed our windshield in the Perry, FL area. They were professional, communicative, punctual, and were able to get to us a day earlier than any other glass company was willing to. They ensured that all our safety features were working properly after the install, and had us back on the road in no time! On top of all this, they had very fair pricing. Would give them 15 stars if I could!

I cannot say enough good things about Patriot Glass and Mirrors, owner William Hawk, and his associate Chris. We were stranded over 7 hours away from home while camping after a storm destroyed our windshield, and these guys absolutely went above and beyond for us. William answered the phone on Memorial Day and took time out of his holiday to call around and locate the glass we needed. Even though he couldn’t get the windshield until the following morning, he still drove an hour and a half to come install it. After arriving, they discovered they had been given the wrong piece of glass. Most companies would have called it quits for the day, but not William and Chris. They turned around, drove another hour and a half back to get the correct windshield, and then returned hours later to finish the installation so we could safely get back on the road and make it home. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help in a stressful situation were incredible. It’s rare to find people who truly care about their customers the way they do. If you need glass work done, I highly recommend Patriot Glass and Mirrors. Outstanding service from genuinely great people.

Part was ordered and Billy was back out on Tuesday and made the repair. Very friendly and professional the fee charged was very reasonable. A bird almost came through my windshield and I needed a replacement. I called around almost an hour looking for help. Nobody wanted to fool with me and nobody could find a windshield. Not only did Mr. Billy come to my rescue, he found a windshield and installed it right on side of the road, the same day. He is a very friendly ole funny guy, great at what he does and I would recommend him to anybody. I actually learned a thing or two from him.
