Patriot Discount Oil has been my provider for many years. All that I would ask of the provider is competitive pricing and responsive service. Patriot has never failed me in these areas.
I wasn't paying attention to my oil quantity and got taken by surprised when temps dove into the single digits. With two furnaces running at full capacity along with an oil fired hot water heater, I quickly ran through the remaining 60-70gal in days. After placing my order, realizing Patriot was slammed with deliveries, I sent an email asking if they would be able to get to me over the next few days. Alice at the office gave me some great tips and said they would do their best. Low and behold, that beautiful Patriot truck came backing-up my very steep and very long winding driveway 90 minutes later. Driver Jordan was the most pleasant most engaging person you'd want to know. And btw, all at discount prices with no expedited surcharge you would get hit with by others. Tnx again Patriot!

Affordable, personable, and quick! The woman who called to confirm my order has great customer service and was pleasant answering my questions. Oil came in 3 days and we had Jordan stop by. He inspected our tank and filled it with oil relatively fast. Jordan was great and also has awesome customer service skills. We’ll be ordering from Patriot again! :)

It's so convenient... you just go online and see how much the oil is and are able to order it from your phone or your computer and they have your information once you set up an account so it's painless.
Allison is so lovely to speak to at the office and very helpful. She's been very helpful with my questions about leaving oil in the tank when I move.

I have been purchasing from Patriot Discount Oil for over 10 years now. The other day the driver had some concerns my tank was leaning. He made sure I had enough oil to keep my heat on and had the office immediately reached out to me. Chris came over to assess the situation, level and stabilize the oil tank so it could be filled without risk of falling. They were looking after my family and it is appreciated. They continually go above and beyond to ensure that we have the oil we need when we need it. There have been several times over the last 10 years I have overestimated the oil in my tank and they have always bailed me out with a quick fill and when necessary a burner relight! I do not think of them as just an oil company…they act like a good neighbor. Thanks!
