I had to replace my old flexible air ducts because they were breaking down and fiberglass was blowing throughout my home. I selected 3 companies for bids and chose Patriot Air Systems. My first point of contact was Kelly. Seasoned in customer interface and amazing. She put me in touch with the owner.When I spoke to the owner, I shared with him the quote that was given to me by another company. He said, "That's too much"! It doesn't cost that much. He continued; maybe 5 or 6 thousand dollars. I could not beleive this man; who did not know me, didn't take advantage of the situation and charge me more than the company that overcharged me. I wouldn't have known. That's honesty and integrity, qualities you rarely find in companies these days. Of course I hired the company and I am glad I did. Paul, lead technician was beyond amazing! Great attitude, professional, patient and personable. Throughout the day, he used so many moments when I asked him questions as teaching moments. I was so greatful because I am a first time home owner. His knowledge and command of every question I asked was amazing! I purchased a service agreement because I didn't want anyone else to service my furnace and air conditioner. I'm so glad and releaved that I chose Patriot Air Comfort Systems. I don't have to worry anymore about dishonesty; being overcharged and substandard service. I know I made the right choice and don't have to question anymore when the work is done; did they do it right? I have stated the truth in this review so that readers can chose and trust a company to care for one of the most expensive purchases in their homes, not to mention deadly if not maintained correctly. I hope I've helped with your final choice of a company you can trust.

Like the idea that if there is a potential issue with the air conditioing, it is caught early and not in the middle of 90° weather.
