As a business transformation consultant to the profession for some 30+ years conversions and part conversions are something I do everyday - but for a Principal this is their one chance to get it right. I have been referring clients for a number of years to PPD for many reasons, but worth noting is that as a branding specialist I like the fact this is a white label product and patients continue to see themselves as a patient of the practice not of a plan provider. Secondly, they are very cost effective and offer really great value for money and finally but definitely not least - they do what they say they will do. The whole team are responsive and agile, always striving to be better. The bonus for me is they are delightful to work with. Highly recommend.

Patient plan direct have been amazing! We had a few issues with our previous plan provider and switching was one of the best decisions we have made. The support and training is fantastic, covers everything and there is always someone there to ask if we have any questions. Will be recommending to anyone I can.
