My visa was granted and I'm grateful for that, but the handling of my application was disappointing. I clearly requested an earlier lodgment date, yet my visa was submitted more than two weeks later than agreed. This oversight cost me time and potential opportunities. I had previously recommended this agency to others, but after this experience, I can no longer do so. 🤷🏼
We understand your visa was approved, however we lodged it two weeks before you requested. We are sorry for this as this does not meet the high standards we set. We have taken this onboard and will review internally to ensure we do not lodge earlier than requested.
