Almost trusted Fiverr Pro for patent sketches and applied on my own, but didn't feel it was safe enough for my invention. Honestly it was silly to consider that. Due to a data administration error during the migration between patent annuity portfolio management companies one of our patents was overlooked for paying our 3.5 year maintenance fee. We only discovered this oversight since we were going through discussions with two parties interested in acquiring our patent portfolio! Vic and his team turned around our appeal to the USPTO to reinstate our patent within 24 hours! Such a great experience and definitely saved me heartache.
