Fed Ex lost my first order from Pastidea. Customer service is absolutely wonderful with Pastidea, they contacted me with up dates every day and answered my emails to them almost immediately. After Fed Ex finally said they had lost the package, Pastidea refunded the money on the first order, I immediately made another order, it was shipped from Italy the same day and arrived in my home in the US in 3 days! Wonderful company that has wonderful products, I will be a repeat buyer from them.
