Dr. Florian Eder ist ein außergewöhnlich sehr guter Orthopäde – und das sage ich nach Erfahrungen mit mehreren anderen Orthopäden in München. Er überzeugt nicht nur fachlich, sondern auch menschlich: sehr empathisch, aufmerksam und mit einer positiven, ruhigen Ausstrahlung. Man fühlt sich bei ihm ernst genommen und gut aufgehoben. Was ihn besonders auszeichnet: Er nimmt sich Zeit, hört genau zu und denkt differenziert – statt ausschließlich in Diagnoseschubladen oder nur anhand von MRT-Bildern zu urteilen! Gerade in meinem komplexeren Fall war das enorm hilfreich. Zudem begegnet er seinen Patient:innen auf Augenhöhe und bezieht sie in Entscheidungen ein – ohne autoritäres Auftreten. Hervorheben möchte ich auch seine sehr sichere und feinfühlige Injektionstechnik: professionell, ruhig und nahezu schmerzfrei. Die OSP-Praxis in Pasing ist modern, großzügig gestaltet und hervorragend organisiert. Das Team ist durchweg sehr freundlich, kompetent und arbeitet sehr harmonisch zusammen. Besonders praktisch ist das neue, integrierte MRT-Gerät. Ich habe mich selten so gut betreut gefühlt und bin sehr dankbar, diese Praxis gefunden zu haben. I have visited both this branch in Pasing and another branch nearby Fürstenried West, and in both places, the staff were professional and friendly. Dr. Seppel is a very detailed and thorough doctor. Unlike many shoulder specialists who tend to rush patients toward surgery, he carefully explores other options first. I was previously told by another doctor that my vertigo and shoulder condition were serious and required immediate surgery. However, Dr. Seppel treated me with alternative methods that helped the torn area heal naturally over time and saved me from an unnecessary operation. He also accepts both public and private insurance, which is very helpful. The Pasing branch itself is new, spacious, and well-equipped. There are many staff members, some new faces, and all of them speak good English and are very attentive. I especially appreciate how clearly they explain each step during treatment. The clinic has its own MRI machines for shoulders, hands, neck, and legs, which makes the process efficient and convenient. The doctor and staff cooperate very well and smoothly, which makes the whole experience pleasant and reassuring. Another great thing about this center is that you receive the same level of attention and care from both the doctor and the staff, whether you have public or private insurance. This is something I do not see very often with some other specialist clinics. The only drawback is that, because the clinic is very popular, waiting times can be long. Occasionally, appointments in the Doctolib app are changed without notification, and sometimes the calendar synchronization does not match perfectly. Apart from that, the clinic feels almost like a wellness or retreat center, calm, relaxing, and healing. It is very clean, with good lighting and a beautiful interior. The layout is well planned and easy to navigate. It is also very accessible by train, bus, bicycle, or car, with parking nearby. Two elevators go directly to the third floor, making it easy to reach. For those with severe injuries, assistance may be needed to open the two doors before entering, but someone are always nearby and willing to help if you came alone.

Schnelle Terminvergabe und kurze Wartezeiten. Freundliches Team und Ärzte die sich Zeit nehmen. Die möglichen Therapien werden ausführlich besprochen aber dem Patienten wird überlassen wieviel er davon wahrnehmen möchte. Alles in allem Top zufrieden.

Wie seit über 10 Jahren, immer freundliche Mitarbeiter und Ärzte. Es wird auf Deine Probleme eingegangen und jeder Therapieschritt umfangreich erklärt. Vorschläge der medizinisch sinnvollen und notwendigen Maßnahmen werden unterbreitet. Entscheidung ob und wieviel umgesetzt wird kann man als Patient selbst. Die Empfehlungsstrategie finde ich als sehr angenehm. Das Foto zeigt eines der Beratungs- und Untersuchungszimmer.

The staff and doctors are very friendly and professional. They have patience and are very thorough. They seem to really care about thier patients. I was seen on a Thursday after calling the morning of and they were able to schedule me an appointment that day. Furthermore my symptoms worsened and I had to go back on the following Monday without an appointment. They again were very friendly and professional with lot's of patience. They immediately accepted me and It did not take long for the doctor to see me. 100% Recommend. The facility was also new and clean which was very pleasant.
