Pasco PC Fix was an immense help to me when my computer drive on my laptop crashed. The service rendered by Mike, the owner was amazing. He not only recovered my information, data, and files, but went the extra mile to help me choose a top tier, reasonably priced replacement and patiently answered all my questions. Furthermore, he quickly set up my new computer at a very reasonable cost. He is extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and helpful/accommodating. He is now my computer go to guy for any fixes or assistance. His professional ability, demeanor, and honesty are excellent. If I could give him six stars, I would do it without hesitation.
We went to best buy, was quoted $180 up front just to tell is what was wrong. We thankfully found this business at a fraction on the cost, better hours and great customers service, he fixed it in under 24 hours, and did not charge us till the job was completed. I HIGHLY Recommend. 👏
Michael was a miracle worker! My Windows 10 wouldn't come up at all and I was afraid I lost very vital files. But he managed to download everything on a Thumb drive and saved them all!
