Hi Steven, the sequence described in your review is not accurate. The contact form you completed—your very first point of contact with us—clearly disclosed that, as a tenant, a $100 deposit would be required and would be applied toward the job. That requirement was then reiterated to you via text before you proceeded with scheduling. You agreed to the deposit requirement, agreed to the approximate price range quoted by our office, and then scheduled the appointment.
We require deposits for tenant-scheduled appointments because they are more likely to be canceled at the last minute when property management approval has not been obtained in advance. The deposit helps us avoid reserving technician time for an appointment that ultimately cannot proceed.
You are certainly entitled to disagree with our deposit policy, but it was disclosed to you from your very first contact with us—not introduced after the appointment was scheduled as your review suggests.

For the first time (and we truly believe the last since contacting Pasadena Pest Control), we had some rats in our home. We first contacted a pest control company that was referred to us. They unfortunately did a very poor job.
We then contacted Pasadena Pest Control who came out and did a wonderful job finding and fixing all the vulnerable areas where the rats were entering. Professional, clear communication and a pleasure to work with. We have found our pest control company for future services.

The service was reasonable and the operator sent to us was very helpful in solving our spider problem. Sam gave me confidence we made the right choice after treating our outdoors and even going the extra mile to investigate and spray an extra room on our property. He communicated well letting us know lots of spiders were deterred or eliminated in the process. It was easy and effective!

I’ve been using Pasadena Pest Control for a few years and have been extremely happy with the service and results. I like detailed report they attach to your invoice with what they treated and what they used. I haven’t had any black widows or ant infestations since using them. I highly recommend this company.

Isaac was great! Super helpful and professional, I would absolutely request him again. Ant season has been an annual source of stress, in multiple apartments and neighborhoods around L.A. Pasadena Pest Control is the first service that's gotten ants under control for us, and while I hope we don't have to call them again in the near future, I'm grateful they're around and would go to them for any future pest needs.
