They went above and beyond by delivering the bounce house a day early and picking it up two days after the party, which gave us extra time to enjoy it! The setup and cleanup were handled professionally and seamlessly. The bounce house, tables, and chairs were all in pristine condition and exceptionally clean.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Their excellent customer service, flexibility, and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent party equipment, and we will absolutely use them again for future events!

The bounce house we rented was clean and exactly as pictured on the website. The pricing was good, we had great communication from the time of rental to the pickup, and the associates were very courteous and friendly. We will definitely rent from them again!

Very easy to book, easy to get ahold of for questions. Very accommodating of our specific party needs, loved that we could pick up & drop off ourselves to save money. They even helped us load it into our van! Very friendly through the entire process. Kids had a blast! Will definitely rent from them again.

I rented a Bounce House from Party Patrol. The Customer Service I received was excellent. Everyone at the company was friendly. They kept me informed about the drop off and pick up times which is always a good thing. The Bounce House was clean and of adequate size to keep everyone happy. Experience was way better than expected. I had to change my party date and there was no issues with that. The guys that set up and took down the slide were very friendly and respectful. Party was a huge success because of the slide. Thank you we will definitely be renting again!
We had a great experience with Party Patrol! We rented an inflatable obstacle course and cotton candy machine for a school event, and both were a huge hit. The kids had a blast, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely use Party Patrol again!
