Previously, I worked with another well-known company for my mom’s first move into assisted living. While somewhat helpful, the experience was marred by a flood of cold calls from facilities after connecting with them, which became frustrating. When it was time for my mom to transition to memory care, I decided not to use that service again.
After doing my own research and scheduling tours, a facility director asked if we had any professional help. When I said we were managing alone, she recommended Michael and offered to connect us, confident he would be a great asset.
Within an hour, Michael and I were discussing my mom’s needs and what we were looking for. He listened carefully and shared invaluable insights about the facilities I had planned to visit. We were preparing for a long day of touring, driving considerable distances, but Michael quickly pointed out that several of those places wouldn’t have been able to accommodate my mom’s unique needs—information the facilities had not disclosed upfront without mentioning the need for an external caretaker.
Michael’s deep knowledge of the facilities and his expertise guided us directly to the perfect home for my mom, saving us an enormous amount of time and stress. This stage of life is emotionally challenging, and Michael was like a lighthouse in a storm—steadfast, reassuring, and guiding us to the right choice.

I cannot tell you what a Godsend Partners in aging has been. My dad was not ready to go into senior living or a skilled nursing home. My brother wanted him to still live with him but maybe get some help.
I found Jonathan from PiA and he reached out to me right away.
We went through an interview process, with the agency, asking a ton of questions and what we exactly were looking for. Low and behold, they paired my dad up with Daniel.
Daniel is patient, kind and firm, and communicative. He has been taking care of my dad, arranging Dr Appts, and even going with him when needed. I cannot tell you how much better my dad has been with his overall health since Daniel arrived.
He makes sure dad is bathing, putting on fresh clothes and taking his meds!! My dad knows EVERYTHING and when he feels good, he stops his medicine thinking he doesn't need to take it any longer. I remind him Google is not a medical school and he can't get his degree thru Google.
