Amazing experience working with Parlato's! Every phone call from planning the event through the event itself was like speaking with an old family friend even though I just met Sonia. The whole company was extremely well versed in allergies and kept everyone well fed with delicious food and safe; which is huge for me and my events. I definitely recommend and will be using Parlato's Catering again!
Our first time working with Parlato was a wonderful experience. Delicious turkey dinner for 50 people delivered on time, hot and ready to serve.
We will be back next month...

I’ve ordered twice from Parlato’s for the past couple of years for corporate lunches and I can’t say enough about Sonia and her team. Sonia is able to take my ideas and make thoughtful suggestions and curate the menu. She is also great with handling various dietary needs/preferences and allergies.
The food is great, service is great, and delivery has been on time and with care.
Looking forward to continue using Parlato’s for business and personal.

Incredible food, lovely staff, the owner is truly so genuine and sweet. Sonia blew us out of the water at the tasting with her hospitality and kindness. We had her cater our 125 person wedding and we couldn’t get enough compliments about the food. Tons of people asked us who catered. Thank you Sonia ! ❤️

Parlatos really went above and beyond for me and my crew — even opening on Thanksgiving Day to provide food for over 200 people with less than 24 hours’ notice. Their team was extremely accommodating every single time, and every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious.
If you’re ordering, make sure to get extra trays of cannolis — they're delicious and go fast!
We’ll be using Parlato’s anytime our TV crew is back in town. Huge thank you to Sonia and the entire Parlato’s team for taking such great care of us and keeping everyone well-fed through the playoffs. You’re the best!

I hired Parlato’s to cater our office opening, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. First of all, Sonia is an amazing listener, once she understood what I was looking for, her expertise made everything so much easier from there. She offered thoughtful suggestions and always kept our best interests in mind.
Sonia also works with other great companies, and we ended up using most of her recommendations for rentals and other event needs.
On the day of the event, the team arrived early, dressed professionally, and impressed everyone with their politeness and attentive service. And the food — absolutely top-notch! Everything was prepared and delivered seamlessly. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was.

Sonia was so very helpful since it’s my first time catering. She suggested what to order for a dinner party of 20. Starting with appetizers followed by a delicious entrees & ended with small finger size desserts. The catering came with one server who was fantastic during the party.

Parlatos Catering absolutely blew us away at our wedding! From our very first chat about planning and logistics right through setup, execution and tear down, everything was completely seamless. We never had to worry about a thing.
The food was out-of-this-world delicious and so beautifully presented. We got the pasta experience and handmade pizzas, and it presented as something truly unique!
The bartenders kept the drinks flowing and the whole team – chefs, servers, bartenders – were so warm, professional and on top of everything.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and service all night (and even after the wedding!). At the end of the night everything was spotless and packed away neatly. We’re beyond thrilled with how it all turned out.

I am at a complete loss for words. My sister ordered food from Parlatos Catering for her ONLY daughters bridal shower this past weekend September 14th. There were approximately 50 guests at the shower. We patiently waited for the food to arrive but no luck. My nieces fiancee drove all the way to Oakville to find out what was going on as no one was answering the phone or returning calls. Once my niece was finally able to speak to someone at Parlatos, she was informed her "the order was lost"! How in the world do you lose an order for a bridal shower, food and cakes. Whats even worse, my sister recieved an order confirmation the day before the bridal shower. To watch my niece break down in tears as well as my sister was horrible. I cant understand how an order is lost! My niece begged for them to send something for her guests only to be rudely told, we have nothing. No sorry. No nothing. We had to send out guests to go get food to feed everyone. My sister is still distraught from it all as this is her only could and bridal showers are a once in a young ladies lifetime. Parlato should be ashamed of themselves and should have done what they could to ensure some sort of food was delivered even if it meant they had to go to someone else. Thankfully she was able to get all her money back from them.

Good morning Laura , i really , understand your frustration and believe me i am feeling so terrible for what happened, but as I explained to you at phone this have been the first and for sure the last time something like that will ever happen on my company.It have been a human error made on distraction & on not reporting the order from online to our sales app with the result of complete missing the order . The order confirmation is automatically sent from the online platform and I am not able to see it . As said at the phone there was no one at kitchen the moment you have called and no way you would be available to receive food before 3 hours.We do everything from scratch.I am the person who committed the terrible mistake and I a feeling super terrible about it .
I was expecting this review to come even after refunding immediately all the money paid from your sister and offered-50% discount on your next order if you guys was willing to forgive in future the terrible mistake. I am again so so sorry 😭🥺

We used Parlato's for our daughters wedding. It was a small-ish back yard event for about 35 people. The food was amazing. The chicken parm and the lasagna were the among the favourites, and so was the penne dish. One guest, who is from Italy, commented that the penne was perfect in every way. Everything was fresh and delicious. The set up and the pick up, later that night was done swiftly and the gentleman that took care of that was amazing!! (I feel terrible that I don't remember his name) It was so nice not having to worry about the food everything was taken care of. It was such a great experience we will not hesitate to call them again! Thank you Parlato's catering!
We recently used Parlato’s for a company function. Coordinating the day with Sonia was efficient and timely with help to ensure there was enough food for our team. The delivery was on time, driver was friendly and set everything up for us. The food was amazing and so nicely presented as well, I highly recommend using them for any corporate function you won’t be disappointed!
Our son and daughter in law used Parlatos for their wedding last year and they did a great job. Because of this, we recently used Sonia and team for our other daughter’s bridal shower. The food quality, presentation, quantity and freshness were all excellent! I would recommend for sure!
