This was my first experience with Park West. I needed someone who would do a thorough job since we have a newly immunocompromised family member. Justin came to the house on time. He had no issue in wearing a mask while performing the service. He was very detailed, cleaning all the nooks and crannies, underneath furniture and rugs. I can say that this is the cleanest my apartment has been. Thank you Park West and Justin the amazing service!

Jack and his Team are the best cleaning service I have used in Chicago and I have lived here for nearly 18 years. They are incredibly friendly and extremely detailed. I could not recommend them enough! They left a hand written note and candle and I was surprised by the attention to detail in their cleaning as well as customer service. I would give them 10 stars if I could! :)

Park West Cleaning was exactly the cleaning service I was looking for. I was able to easily book online on the date and time that worked best for me. Glen showed up on time and did a great job cleaning every surface, especially the floors. My cooktop and microwave have never been cleaner. The price was very reasonable. If you're looking for an affordable and easy cleaning service in Chicago, this is the way to go.

Park West Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my apartment before my big move-in day. Glen did a thorough job scrubbing and cleaning the kitchen cabinets, stove, and then everything in the bathroom. I highly recommend Park West Cleaning!

Had a great experience with Park West Cleaning! Margo did a great job and was thorough and handled all of the requests I asked for. Service was great, on time, and friendly. Jake the owner is super friendly and helpful in getting scheduled and answering any questions as well- highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Park West! They were super accommodating as I needed them to come at a specific time because I had to hop into a meeting, and Margo was super sweet and did a really great job cleaning my apartment.
