Prior to visiting Parkway Family Dental, I had mostly negative experiences with dental work. My first visit to Parkway Family Dental was my first dental visit in years, and I was not expecting much…just hoping for something tolerable instead of actively unpleasant.
From the first visit, I was blown away. New-patient onboarding was effortless, scheduling was easy, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Everyone explained what they were doing and checked to see if I had questions. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to have such an outstanding experience during a medical appointment.
I have been visiting Parkway Family Dental for roughly 3 years now, and the quality of care remains impeccable. Bre makes teeth cleanings so painless that I’ve reached the point where I actually look forward to my routine visits, which I know sounds crazy.
Most recently, I had a filling done by Ashley, and it was clear throughout the process that she was intent on providing the best care possible, including helping me feel less anxious.
In a medical system where it often feels like providers are trying to spend as little time with patients as possible, Dr. Moosa and his staff stand out as truly exceptional. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
