I attended Parkland Place for 28 days. I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival and made to feel at home instantly. When I started this journey I was a mental and physical wreck. But with the help of all the beautiful staff I began to rebuild myself and realise potential I didn't know I had. I cannot thank everybody enough for helping me see another way, quite literally saved my life. To all involved, managers, staff, chef, cleaners and my peers, I thank you so much. I love you all and will be seeing you soon for a visit. Take care you gorgeous people.
I cant recommend Parkland Place enough. If your in need help this is the place to go.

Really cannot fault the place,
What amazing staff, from 1st arrival, the attention, whether 1 on 1 or group was, is fantastic.
I was really anxious/nervous pre arrival but from the very start I felt at ease, I was really blessed to have met some very special friends, we laughed, we cried ,we shared ,no stone left unturned, the staff really know how to bring both the best and the worst out of you...literally bend over backwards 24/7..no problem to big...the food is Michelin star ,the chefs are 'top dollar '.
I really can't find anything negative about my experience here, other than I'm going to miss my new 'brothers and sisters '
A truly amazing experience 👍❤️
Highly recommend..5 star +
I was here a couple of years ago and was best experience of my life! I met some fab people and the staff were second to none! From start to finish, they couldn't do enough for you. I'd go back in a heart best and recommend to anyone. Super clean, super friendly. Food and rooms are fab!

Ps
Sorry if I forgot anyone thanks again…
I’ve just spent time in rehab at Parkland Place, I completed the whole course and I can honestly say it’s changed my life! I cannot thank the team at Parkland enough for their time and support, it didn’t matter if it was the groundskeeper or facility manager, everyone was humble and caring towards us all in recovery. The food, bedrooms and general facilities were fantastic and are constantly being improved/built on. Whilst it’s true that you’ll only get back what you put in and self care/work is essential, Parkland makes it a comfortable environment to do it
Thank you to everyone there, stay healthy and happy 🙏

Thank you Ross, for your kind words - we are glad you enjoyed your time with us, and found it beneficial. The team at Parkland Place sincerely wish you all the best in your continued recovery.
I really needed to go here they can't cure you only give you the tools to help you beat your addiction, the staff where incredible during my stay from the management to the cleaner and everyone in-between the work they put in is inspiring me, I would like to thank all the staff and anyone going there will be given so much support its incredible and the food is sublime the rooms are huge and comfy I learned something new everyday and im cruelly gratefully for the opportunity to beat my addictions
I originally left Parkland Place a positive review because there were parts of the programme I appreciated. However, with time and reflection, and after considering the amount I paid (£15,000), I feel I need to update my review to reflect my full experience.
There were several issues that deeply affected my sense of safety and trust during my stay:
• I was pulled aside and confronted with an allegation about being in a “relationship” with another resident… something that was completely untrue. The way this was handled felt intimidating, accusatory, and lacking any fair process.
• Racist comments from two residents were not dealt with appropriately, despite being brought to staff attention.
• Conversations about drugs and dealing happened openly among residents, creating an unsafe atmosphere for people in recovery.
• I left feeling unsettled, unsupported, and emotionally affected by the way certain situations were handled.
For a £15,000 residential programme, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism, safeguarding, and emotional safety. That amount of money could have paid for a full year of private weekly therapy, yet I trusted Parkland Place to provide a superior level of care… and in several key moments, that did not happen.
Also check out what one of the guys in there messages me after we had left lol.
I hope Parkland Place genuinely reviews these concerns, because people in vulnerable states deserve an environment that is safe, compassionate, and handled with professionalism.
I went here for gambling addiction. I suffer from ptsd and was anxious.
The staff were amazing and all the people being treated were from different backgrounds, locations and problems. But we all got on so well.
Location, treatment, accommodation, meals, walks and days out bonding. We're all amazing
It's not just a place for your addiction but for wellbeing.
With set routines, lessons. Recreation, socialising etc you start to love yourself and respect others.
I wanted to leave first few days but with friendly advice finished the course.
With aftercare provided I still am gamble free since may.
Thankyou to everyone ive met. Love you all
