We got married at Donington Park Farmhouse in April 2025, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a more magical day. From start to finish, everything was flawlessly run. The team made us feel completely at ease, taking care of every detail so we could simply enjoy every moment. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the spaces beautifully set, and the entire day flowed effortlessly thanks to the incredible staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly looked after. Our wedding felt like a dream, and Donington Park Farmhouse played a huge part in that. We can’t thank them enough for giving us the perfect start to married life. If you’re considering this venue—do it. It’s exceptional.

We had our wedding at Donington Park Farmhouse and it was beyond perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything felt cared for, organised and personal. Samantha was incredible, she went above and beyond with every detail, every question, and every moment leading up to and on the day. The entire team, from front of house, to chefs, bar staff, coordinators, owners who we got the pleasure of meeting and everyone behind the scenes, were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much, everything ran smoothly, and they genuinely made us feel looked after. The venue is stunning, the service exceptional, and the staff warm, genuine and dedicated. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place or better people to trust with such an important day. Forever grateful. 🤍

Donington Park Farmhouse was an excellent wedding venue. They looked after us really carefully through the entire run-up and on the day itself. They obviously know what they are doing really well, and this translates into a super professional and tailored experience. The venue itself is gorgeous! The hitching barn is such a lovely place to get married, and dance the night away. The courtyard makes for the perfect outside space. The bar area is both large and cosy. The surrounding countryside is picturesque. And they have 20 fantastic on-site bedrooms, which was a must-have for me personally. They have a separate dining room, so there's no waiting around while they reorganise rooms. The on-site kitchen is fantastic, and their food is excellent and all local (check out their venison!). They go out of their way to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for, and they were happy to customise the dining experience to our needs. The drinks packages were perfect for our needs. The staff were excellent, both our wedding planner and the lady in charge of us into the evening were excellent, and we felt super looked after. It was on the top-end of our budget, but we truly believe it was worth every penny. We had the most perfect best day ever!

We recently celebrated the wedding of a family couple at this venue on 28 October, and the entire experience, from beginning to end, was absolutely perfect. The moment we arrived, we were impressed by the well-appointed and immaculately maintained bedrooms. The ceremony venue itself was stunning, beautifully capturing the exact autumn vibe the couple wanted for their wedding. The highest praise, however, goes to the exceptional staff. Every single person seemed perfectly suited to their role, making us feel like nothing was more important than our event running smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble—they even went above and beyond, moving luggage between rooms for us during our stay. The level of care and attention was truly extraordinary, a fact highlighted when one of our family guests experienced a medical emergency overnight and had to be "blue lighted" to the hospital. No one wants an emergency, but the staff on duty that night made a frightening situation so much easier to manage with their calm and efficient support. All in all, it was a wonderful experience that richly deserves every one of the 5 stars we've given.

Had my wedding here on 31.10.25. I could not have asked for anything more, from the whole set up meeting process and the team on the day/ night. They were so nice. The food was amazing, service even more so. Anything you needed/ was unsure of they were there to help the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better place and vibe for the whole day. Some clumsy people dropped things and there were already on the way as we went to get them for clean ups. Not a single thing I can fault. These people and this venue is amazing!

We attended a wedding there. It was absolutely beautiful but the only downside was how cold it was. October is a already a cold month. But during the event we found ourselves huddled to any heat source we could find. So recommend you wrap up warm.

Great spot for a wedding and one of my mkst local venues as I also live in Castle Donington! As a full-time weddding photographer it's always a pleasure to visit different venues. After many visits to DPFH I am still finding and creating photos I have never done there before. Some epic photo spots! A must see venue!

The hotel is not in need of refurbishment—most bedrooms have been refurbished within the last three years. We generally get excellent feedback on the standard of the rooms.
