AMAZING!!!! Is the only way to start this review! Aaron from Parker safe’s is an absolute rockstar! We had a 1,200 pound safe in our condo. We were attempting to move this safe to another house. This safe was fit snuggly into custom shelving that surrounded it in a closet and was 3 feet off of the ground. It seemed nearly impossible to get this safe out without taking down all of the shelving around it or damaging something. Multiple other companies turned us down saying the job was too dangerous and not worth the hassle. But not Aaron, he didn’t even hesitate when I asked if the job could be done. Not only did Aaron and his team accomplish the mission but they were kind and professional. Most impressively is they didn’t leave even a scratch on the custom shelving! Parker Safe’s is the best around, we will be going back to them for any of our safe needs. Aaron you were wonderful! Thanks again for everything!

Really good people at Parker's Safes. I saw an Old Glory safe advertised on their website and went down to visit. Aaron showed us that safe and others that he would recommend taking time to explain the differences. We end up getting a bargain on the Old Glory Safe and they delivered within a few days. The delivery guys were professional and very experienced, they had the safe unloaded positioned and leveled within a hour. I highly recommend Parker's Safes for your next safe or vault.

I had a great experience with Parker Safes!! I just used them for delivery of a safe I bought at Tractor Supply in Manchester. They picked up my safe from TSC without me having to be there. They got it safely and professionally set up in my house right where I wanted it to be. It was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing! After it was in place, they took the time to do the final assemble and give me some OJT on operation and maintenance. They delivery team was great about calling me to keep me in the loop on their arrival time, too. If I ever need another safe I will definitely call Parker Safes.

Had a question about resetting safe combination code over the weekend. Literally 30secs after my question with text to them my phone was ringing. He walked me through proper way for reprogramming and I was good. That’s some of the best customer service I have ever had. We buy from them 10 times over again!

So I was looking for a large gun safe. I had looked at the box stores and on line. I was just overwhelmed. A friend referred me to Aaron so I called him and was amazed. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. No pressure sales and service. He gave me a great deal brought it and installed it. It was perfect and they handled a 1800 pound safe like it was nothing. Installed leveled and anchored in maybe 45 minutes. Thanks to the Parker team you guys are awesome.

I found out about Parker's Safes & Vaults from their YouTube channel, and have been watching their videos for a while. Since then, I've had two outstanding experiences with Aaron Parker, and neither involved a safe purchase. The first one was several months ago...an exploratory conversation about the move of a Fort Knox safe from Texas to Tennessee. Aaron referred me to a great safe moving company, and we also discussed possible vault doors at my new location. The second occurred this week, when my safe door was not closing and locking smoothly after my move. Aaron gave me great advice on what to look for, and even gave me the name of a safe technician we'd recommend if I couldn't identify and fix the problem myself. Sure enough, when I re-checked the safe for potential explanations about the door not shutting smoothly, I found a couple of interior screws that had worked themselves loose just slightly enough to pose a resistance to the door. Once I tightened those, everything is working perfectly again. If this level of excellent service was provided to a non-customer, Imagine how Parker's Safe & Vaults would treat a paying customer. I highly recommend them! The next time I'm in need of a safe or vault door, Parker's will be my first and only call.
