Parker County Cooling and Heating are hands down top tier. Saturday morning I called and requested a tech, David arrived right away. He walked me through my issue and in detail explained my options. We ended up replacing the whole unit, inside and out. Sunday, equipment specialist Jeremy made it out and set me up with Amber to help handle all my financial questions. The install techs Joshua and Klein arrived a few days later with all the equipment and did a phenomenal job. They guided me through the whole new setup, answered all my questions, and were very respectable. They made sure I was comfortable and their entire workspace was spotless before leaving. Between everyone I dealt with, They all worked as a team and made the entire process as smooth as you could ask for. If you are ever hesitant on who to trust or call. Do not second guess this company. 10/10

I've had many contractors over many years and they are by far the best crew I have dealt with. Very reasonable price also. It was nice to see a crew that takes personal pride in their work.

I contacted Parker Co Cooling & Heating in August after another company out of Fort Worth had problems troubleshooting my AC, and left the system completely depleted. Coy, responded to my call immediately on a Saturday, and was at my house within an hour. He reassembled my system and serviced it too begin troubleshooting. He isolated my issue down to the TXV located outside on the AC unit and had to place it on order. Monday morning, Coy returned with the needed parts and had our AC working within a few hours. He was very professional and showed outstanding system knowledge. Thank you, Coy and Team Parker County Cooling and Heating.

Highly recommend! Labor Day weekend and of course our AC goes out. No other company could get to us for 2-3 days. Parker County Cooling and Heating were able to come out just hours after I called them. The tech diagnosed the issue right away and was able to fix it same day!
