Park City have had a huge impact on Grosvenor pubs and Inns. The coaching delivered to the business teams has meant that we have seen a reduction in team turnover, disciplinaries, grievances and we have seen the general confidence and decision making of the leaders in our business improve. Issues are being nipped in the bud much earlier and we have seen a direct impact to the engagement and cohesion in the teams. Thank you to Sam & the team at Park City for the support and advice you have given us over the last year.
We’ve been working with Park City for our external HR support and the difference has been night and day compared to what we experienced previously.
In particular, Sam, our designated Business Partner, has been excellent. She is knowledgeable, pragmatic and responsive, but most importantly she gives us confidence that we’re handling matters properly, fairly and in line with best practice. Her advice is clear, commercially aware and always well considered.
As a growing business, having that level of reassurance and structured guidance makes a significant difference. We feel supported, better informed and far more assured in our decision-making.

I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed training so much. It was very relevant and the facilitator kept the room engaged for the whole day. I started the day feeling quite cynical and left feeling positive and inspired to make change. Excellent trainer and training. Thank you.

I have attended 2 courses with Park City now and my business uses their HR services. I have found all of the staff to be warm and helpful, particularly Leoni, Sam and Kat.
