We had booked a pilgrimage to Lourdes and Fatima for late February/early March 2026. We decided to come a few days early and see Paris before meeting our tour in Toulouse. Emy was so helpful and really understood what we wanted to see - we agreed on one half day with a driver and one half day on foot. Sadly all the planning went out the window when a blizzard hit New York and our 72 hours in Paris dwindled down to less than 24!! Emy was so good to us - she was able to change our two mornings into a 5 hour afternoon tour with a driver that allowed us to see what we wanted to see! Our tour was so personal!! Our driver got us so close to the sites which saved us precious time! We had a wonderful tour of Notre Dame, which we were so excited to see! Then up to Sacre Coeur - so beautiful! From there we were able to see the relics of St Genevieve at Saint Etienne du Mont - such amazing architecture! Then we finished at the Chapel of The Miraculous Medal - also on our “really hope to see” list that we feared we might miss! As we lingered there, well past our agreed on 5 hours, Emy then hailed us a taxi and made sure he would get us to our Seine River cruise - so kind!! We cannot recommend Emy enough! She really helped us start off our pilgrimage in the most wonderful way!!

Emy made the planning effortless and the trip truly unforgettable. My 75-year-old mother and I worked with Emy to plan a special mother–daughter trip to Paris over the Christmas holiday week in 2025, and we could not have had a better experience. From the very beginning, she guided us through thoughtful pre-planning, preparation, and consultations so we felt confident and excited heading into the trip. When we arrived in Paris after a 12-hour flight, the experience was nothing short of incredible. At 6:00 a.m., we were met by a greeter who escorted us past all the lines at Charles de Gaulle, carried our bags, whisked us through border control, and had us in a chauffeured car within 30 minutes. It was such a gift—especially after a long international flight. Emy helped us build a realistic, well-paced day-by-day itinerary that balanced sightseeing with breaks, downtime, and flexibility. She truly understands how Paris works and how to make the most of your time without feeling rushed. We also booked a custom tour with her, which ended up being our favorite part of the trip. Emy is incredibly personable and deeply knowledgeable about Paris. With a chauffeured car, she guided us through the city, shared fascinating stories and local insights, and tailored the experience entirely to what we wanted to see and do. She shopped with us, pointed out details only a local would notice, helped translate during in-depth conversations at boutiques, and read information boards we were curious about—all while remaining flexible and happy to adjust plans on the fly. Having Emy available via WhatsApp for questions and recommendations throughout the trip was also incredibly helpful and reassuring. If you’re looking for a thoughtfully curated Paris experience that maximizes your time while still allowing freedom and spontaneity, I can’t recommend Emy enough. She helped us create memories we will cherish forever.

I requested a personalized Christian art tour at the Louvre. Emy was the perfect tour guide for me because she’s a very down-to-earth person and not intimidating or snobby in the least. She was very comfortable to spend time with and because she is relaxing to be around, I continued to feel as though I was on vacation even while being with a stranger. I had fun with her and am glad she was the one taking me around such a large museum. I didn’t need to know anything about art for her to be a good teacher. She did only give me two hours of her time even though some of that time was spent standing in line or having to ask employees how to get around certain blocked entrances. I appreciated that she was efficient and kept on teaching me even while we were in line, etc. and I know she did some homework to prepare for her tour with me. I only wonder if she might consider extending how much time she spends with her clients to 2 ½ to 3 hours for the same price to get to see more art pieces. But overall, I would say Paris by Emy was one of my favorite experiences in Paris in 2026!

Emy is awesome! My extended family of 10, ages 4 to 78, visited Paris in November. We booked Emy for two tours. A walking tour of Notre Dame Cathedral and a driving tour of Paris attractions. Emy was super knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. The arrangements she made for the driving tour were 1st class. In addition to the tours, Emy provided input and ideas to help us build out our full itinerary. The cost of her services was very fair and reasonable for the personalized top-notch service we received. Emy made my trip to Paris smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and really listened to what my family and I wanted to see. Emy was terrific. She is very knowledgeable. She gave us a tour of the major basilicas in Paris and gave historic perspectives as well as catholic and christian faith perspectives. She herself attends the churches and serves as a great religious guided tour unlike many tours that are strictly factual and may include opinions that are not welcome. She is also very pleasant and a great guide overall. We loved our tour. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Catholic / Christian faith based perspective. And even aside from a faith based perspective she is an excellent tour guide.

I found Emy online. She was responsive and I really benefited from a paid planning call with her a few months before my trip. I travel regularly to France for business but wanted to make the most of a few days as a tourist with my teenage daughter. Emy nailed it! She pointed me in the right direction for things we did on our own (Versailles and Catacombs) but most importantly we spent two days riding the metro, walking the streets of Paris, going to the perfect boutiques and patisserie's on the left and right banks. I'm most grateful for the way Emy inspired and engaged with my daughter. I highly recommend Paris by Emy. She is a great value, responsive, and just a fun person to spend your holiday with.

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Emy, during our family trip to Paris. Our group of seven included three generations: my wife and me, our 9-year-old daughter, and both sets of grandparents. Emy was incredible with everyone. Over two mornings, we were driven around the city in two comfortable vans with professional drivers, and Emy showed us many of the highlights of Paris. She was especially sweet with our daughter, telling her stories and sharing the history of the city in a way that kept her engaged and excited. I was traveling with my two daughters and wanted to surprise them with a totally unique custom tour - Emy worked with me to create an experience where we visited all the iconic Paris sites, designer and boutique shopping areas and the settings of all the famous scenes from Sex in the City and Emily in Paris! Paris by Emy What a fabulous trip to Paris thanks to our planner and guide Emy Bonnes! This was our first time traveling to the city of lights and it couldn’t have gone any better. My wife and I have done a fair bit of traveling, especially now that our kids have grown. This was a special 5 day getaway for just us. We had a list of several “bucket list” items, but I left the planning and arrangements to the professional. It’s easy to be over ambitious with a trip, but Emy was able to schedule everything accordingly without feeling rushed or have too much downtime. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a very professional driver and comfortable vehicle (same one for our departure). We stayed at the Relais Christine (phenomenal location, rooms, and staff) which served as our base for the trip. Most of our activities were within 4-25min walk or a short taxi ride. One day we spent in Versailles, but it was a comfortable taxi ride and she provided a detailed guide on what to see and how to do it written by Emy. She also had links and instructions on our catacombs, and Louvre tour. But the highlight was a 5hr personal guided tour with Emy herself. We strolled through neighborhoods, shops, and Notre Dame all while getting her insight and recommendations. She was both knowledgeable and professional, but it was like talking with a friend as we roamed the streets of Paris. A trip can be enjoyable or stressful depending on your circumstances. For us, it was wonderful for many reasons. First, we started with Emy, who arranged all of our connections to and from the airport, purchased our tickets to the cabaret show, dinner cruise on the Seine, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and made dinner reservations, and organized our entire itinerary. Everything went smoothly. But I will say part of it is up to the traveler. We’re not the loud, demanding, Americans that are looking to be entertained. We came no kids, an open opinion of the French people, and a willingness to learn and experience the city. For us it was a success! I highly recommend Paris by Emy and look forward to coming back and using her services again.
