Paris helped us with several interior areas and trim - a big project we've put off since moving in. The paint job is gorgeous and we wish we had done it sooner. I can't say enough about our project manager Jonathan, who was kind, patient, available and meticulous in his caretaking of our family and our home. We live in an old house and I get nervous about big projects and properly dealing with older layers of paint, etc. Paris is EPA certified and they answered my many questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and glad to have them on my side.
The paint crew was friendly and respectful, as was everyone I spoke with on the office crew staff. Darcy, who handles customer care was also great. We will definitely use them for our next painting project.
We did also use them for some door replacement and experienced several delays with the carpentry team, which was frustrating. The work done was well done in the end, but we were without some bedroom doors for 3 weeks and there were several time changes, missed appointments, and stop starts. The whole reason for adding this to our paint job was to have one mess and upheaval in one week, but unfortunately the door project dragged on for a month. So if using them for this service I would just be extra clear on timing and communication from the start. The company still gets 5 stars though, as they are a painting company first and foremost and provide exceptional customer service.

I have tried multiple times for over a year to get this company to stop putting garbage fliers on my door. I have filled out the form with their third party, I have called this company directly. Still today I had yet another piece of their trash put on my door. This company does not engage in respectful business practices and I would never hire them. I want them to leave me alone and stop trashing my property.

We needed to have a total re-do of a master bedroom that hadn't been touched since we bought the house 33 years ago. Wallpaper over lath-and-plaster, cracks in the plaster ceiling, aged wood on all doors... Paris came in and removed the paper, skim coated the ceiling, and patched and painted everything but the floor. Did a fantastic job; our painters Juan and Scot, and project manager Sarah, were fully engaged, diligent, careful with our 105-year-old home, and left us with a room that we can live with for another 33 years at least, if we wish. Their charges were within the estimated budget, and completion was only slightly delayed (largely due to undiscovered lead paint on radiators; all appropriate lead protocols were invoked and followed). Very professional and personable as well.

2026 — Back at It Again (Which Says Everything)
I’m currently working with Paris Painting again, and that alone speaks volumes.
The scope has expanded significantly. Paris is repainting my entire basement (including ceilings) as well as my upstairs kitchen and bathroom. The carpentry team has already been onsite and delivered excellent craftsmanship with clear communication and a very professional presence. Scheduling and coordination have been handled responsibly and thoughtfully.
At this point, I’ve updated my review to five stars because Paris Painting has earned it. When you trust a company enough to expand the scope of work, that says more than any single finished project ever could.

2025 — Original Project
I originally hired Paris Painting to repair and repaint my basement bathroom after a ceiling heater installation required drywall removal.
The project started strong: the color selection process was smooth, management was attentive, and the crew was professional.
There were a few issues with the first installer, but what truly set Paris Painting apart was how management handled it. Sarah communicated clearly, followed through on every detail, and even came onsite personally to correct finishing details, including custom-tinted caulking that matched beautifully.
Paris Painting also provided a partial refund and future credit, which demonstrated real accountability and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing.
