I called the office to discuss a quick inquiry i had. Lady was very rude, horrible attitude, didnt explain things properly and when id ask for clarification she kept telling me i "wasnt listening" and she will "just let me talk it out" ??? Did not feel comfortable at all.

This has been a great experience for me from start to finish. Unfortunately when I went to get finger prints, one of the workers there gave me false information about pardon partners. He told me I just got scammed. In that
Moment my heart sunk. I instantly called this company and shared the information that I was just told. This person was VERY WRONG! Pardon partners was AMAZING!! I recently received my us waiver and am now able to travel to the USA. If you’re having doubts about pardon partners, there is nothing to worry about, these guys are legit. Pardon Partners are simply amazing, Marisa and her whole team took me through the Record Suspension process from start to finish, took me 9 months and my record is now cleared. They are inexpensive and the whole team treats you with the utmost respect. They walk you through the process and make it seamless. I went through a couple other companies who left me stuck half way through and took a lot of money from me. Not Marisa, she will tell you straight up the process, how long it will take and all the necessary requirements. And now all my 6 convictions have been wiped clean, feels amazing. I highly recommend Pardon Partners , Marisa & her team were so helpful over the last couple years. They made the whole process of obtaining a US entry waiver and afterwards a full pardon , so stress free.
I was always updated and all my questions were answered promptly.
I have to add , the cost of both procedures were very reasonable after getting quotes from 3 companies.
