We stayed in the most lovely spacious villa on the beach the weekend of September 19th. The host and her team were very accommodating in every way, especially with us having a last minute emergency booking. The girls loved the ducks in the pond, even named them. The location is right by the beach, pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and playground. We were also provided with a list of concierge services. We didn’t use them but the fact that we had it available provided peace of mind.
We stayed at this villa as a family with four children, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. The renovation and appliances, especially in the kitchen, are exceptional — it feels like the villa was designed and equipped for the owners themselves, not just for short-term rentals. Everything was so convenient and a real pleasure to use. A special thank you for the amazing speaker with fantastic sound — we love listening to music, and it made our stay even better. The location is perfect: only a 3-minute walk to a wonderful beach, in a gated community with a beautiful pool. We even enjoyed using the gym and playing table games like foosball. The kids were delighted too — they even spotted iguanas! Everything about our stay was just perfect. And the host, Alex, was incredibly responsive and wonderful to deal with. We totally recommend this villa!

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and it definitely will not be our last! Dorado was the perfect location for relaxation and enjoying the sun. The Villas are in a gated community with 24 hour security patrolling, so you felt very safe and secure. The private beach was by far the prettiest beach we visited on the island and it was only a five minute walk from your door step. The pool is about 10 feet from your back patio and it’s so nice to be able to refresh after a day at the beach. The house is clean, decorated beautifully, and modern. The espresso machine was a HUGE plus for my 17 year old daughter. I felt like I had my own barista. Restaurants and stores are no more than a ten minute drive. It took us 40 minutes to drive to old San Juan (super easy). The rainforest was an hour drive but totally worth it!!!!
Alma and her team were awesome!!!! Always checking in and making sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing trip ☀️

The villa was perfect for our family! We loved the spacious layout—it was comfortable, well-designed, and ideal for relaxing together. The beds and couches were very comfortable, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained.
We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the pool, and the coffee provided was delicious—a thoughtful touch that added a nice cultural experience to our stay. Taking out the garbage was easy with the disposal area close by, which helped us keep everything tidy.
We felt very safe and secure in this private community. The outside custodians were friendly and helpful, and any time we had a question, it was answered immediately.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!
The property was perfect for what my family needed. Everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. All staff members were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Alex the manager was readily available and provided us with different options for dinning and places to explore. The gate guards and security staff were also very helpful. We had a pizza dinner on our last night and we treated them as a Thank You! The Villa was perfect in size for our family of five. My husband, two boys and our daughter. The beds were very comfortable, it felt like sleeping in the clouds. Happy we booked with Lakeside Villa at Villa Y-1. We are definitely coming back.

From start to finish, it was all smooth sailing with this rental. They were very responsive with any questions I had and in a timely manner. Our 3 bedroom 3 bath villa was exactly as described and served as our quiet retreat away from home. The kitchen was well stocked. The private entrance to the beach was awesome and the beach and pool were not crowded any of the times we visited. Everyone enjoyed having space to stretch out in the villa. Would definitely recommend staying here over a hotel room.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Villa Iris in May 2025. The villa was very spacious and clean and we felt very safe with it being in a gated community. We loved having access to a private beach right behind the villas. We walked on the beach our last night there and got some great photos of the magnificent and colorful sunset! We had lots of fun exploring many places in Puerto Rico. One of our favorite adventures was going to EL YUNQUE National Forest. Alma and Alex were both great hosts and communicators and responded quickly when we had a couple questions. The villa was a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it!
