In my 60 years on this planet, I have never left a negative review, but my experience has changed that. First, I want to say the quality of the product is very good and I shopped before I spent $20,000 on an outdoor kitchen. My issue is solely on the customer service side and lack of integrity of the company to stand behind their products. As said, I purchased a full kitchen (grill, hibachi, side burner and ice maker) to the tune of $20,000. In less than a year the ice maker stopped working. It happens. So I called the local store where I purchased the kitchen and they passed the buck to the 1-800 number and said “they deal with warranty items”. Again, all good. Then I called the 1-800 number several times and left messages to see what I needed to. After weeks of unreturned calls, I finally emailed. After a week or 2, someone got back to me. They said I had to do the following: diagnose the issue, and send a video of the ice maker running. The issue is, it does not run… that’s why I am calling. I asked for a tech to come out and help me diagnose and the response was, “we only do parts not service”. So at my expense, I had a local company come in and diagnosed the problem. It was the control board (computer). Again, it happens. I told Paradise Grill and they said, “yes that what’s it sounds like, we will order one and send it out to you. Amen, I’m on my way to fresh ice! Biggest issue, that was 3 months ago and still no part. I email and no response. So I call and have been told 3 times it’s on the way.
The worst customer service I have ever had since Comcast.

We had a great experience at Paradise Grills in Lake Sumter Landing. Scott, the manager, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining all the options and configurations until we felt completely confident in our decision.We’re absolutely thrilled with our new outdoor kitchen. Everything is top quality and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend Paradise Grills to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space!
From the moment we visited the showroom, the experience was excellent. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find the perfect outdoor kitchen for our space and budget. The quality is outstanding, and the installation process was smooth and professional. Communication was great from start to finish, and the lifetime warranty gave us extra peace of mind. Definitely one of the best investments we’ve made for our home. Our family uses it all the time and we couldn’t be happier!
I am not one to write reviews but i definitely had to for thisblocation at paradise grill. We went to may locations and finally met Ian over at the orlando store near milenia and he is great! Stay following up but not pushy and made eveything possible with our wants.
If you are looking for grills and set ups definitely recommend ian at the orlando store.
