The most incompetent florist Ive ever delt with! Horrible service, complete lack of care for customer service, no sympathy for their mistakes and incompetence! Ordered flowers for my last living grandmother for her birthday. After going over the order 3 times to make sure it was right and ordering first thing in the morning so it would be delivered same day. Flowered weren't delivered until after 5pm, they were left on the porch with no even knock at the door. After I specifically said to knock loud and wait because she is 91 and in poor health. I know they didnt even knock because I was on the phone with her at the time they said they were delivered. After calling I was told they were delivered and to pretty much just deal with it. Had to call a relative to go get them off the porch. Order was completely wrong! Not the 3 different colors I asked for, none of her favorite white flowers that was supposed to be doubled in the order. Arrangement was pretty much just the yellow sunflowers that I specifically said (NO SUNFLOWERS) 4 different times.

We're so sorry to read this, and our hearts truly go out to you and your grandmother — a birthday gift for someone so dear should bring nothing but joy, and reading this pained us. We took it seriously enough to carefully search our records, and we were unable to find any order matching these details: no record of this name, no same-day sunflower arrangement, no delivery logged after 5 PM, and no "knock and wait" instruction anywhere in our system. Every delivery we make also sends an automated text the moment the driver departs, along with live tracking. Because none of this matches our records, we sincerely believe this order was placed with a different florist and this review reached us by mistake. We completely understand how painful this experience must have been, and if any part of it was truly us, we want nothing more than to make it right. I was away on my husband's birthday this week, and needed to send him something amazing to celebrate his very special day. What better than this absolutely beeeeeeeeeautiful Birthday Cake flower arrangement from Paradise Flowers? I called around 9.05am that morning to place the order and the flowers were delivered by 4.09pm. We were both totally blown away by the delicate design and freshness of the flowers. An amazing experience - no doubt who I will order my flowers from in the future !!!! Thank you, Paradise Flowers !!!!

Elizabeth was very kind and was super helpful with the choosing the kind of flower I wanted to get. I had a last minute call and needed some bouquet to pick the same day. Elizabeth accommodated with all my suggestions and gave me some other ideas to put everything together and it all came out very appealing! Would definitely recommend.

I called Paradise Flowers in Conroe last minute this afternoon hoping to get flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday after a couple of other florists had already told me they couldn’t do it. Paradise Flowers said yes right away and made it happen! They delivered a beautiful arrangement within just a few hours of my call, which really saved the day. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and helpful, and the whole process was easy. My mom loved the flowers. Great service, great people, and I really appreciate them going the extra mile on short notice. Highly recommend!

Beautiful flowers from Paradise Flowers I was so impressed with this florist that I wish they were located in Cleveland, Ohio where I live. I'm always concerned when I order flowers from out of town. My best friend from childhood's mom passed away and I wanted to deal with a local florist who delivered to Montgomery Texas. The arrangement was not only beautiful but the florist helped me pick out what to send. Then I received not only an email confirmation, but an email and text when the flowers were out for delivery and once they were delivered which was first thing in the morning. My friend loved the arrangement and it was a wonderful experience dealing with an out of town florist this time. Paradise Flowers made my day!
