Watching your little one grow from those first teary mornings into a confident, curious little explorer has been an absolute joy for our team, Aria. Knowing Papilio has felt like a second home for your family means everything to us, and it is a privilege to walk alongside him during such precious early years. This Centre was very proactive with childhood development. They sent out updates daily along with activity photos of the children. The staff were awesome and Selena was always helpful and polite even through all my queries! Childhood development and safety was keenly focused on and I couldn't ask for better care. Highly recommend!!

My youngest son attended Papilio early learning in box Hill and he's super happy going there. As a parent I appreciate the frequent update shared via storybook app, and the educators are super friendly. From my observations, the kids there are very happy and I can't recommend enough the professionalism and the love and care the educators here give to the children. Thank you papilio early learning!

I highly recommend Papilio Early Learning Box Hill. It is such a fantastic childcare centre. The teachers are very friendly and caring. My daughter was well looked after and loved every single day in this centre.

My youngest child has been at Papilio Box Hill since they were a baby. We have experienced 2 other larger centres with the older kids & have been impressed and happy with the care here. Ever since Felicia arrived after a few short-term term-managers, I have felt like there is a Centre mum looking after us again. Caring, dedicated staff and Felcia is very responsive. We feel very blessed to have been part of this little family.

I am a student at Deakin University and have had the pleasure of completing three placements at Papilio Boxhill. From the moment I walked in, I felt that this center was more like a close-knit family than a typical child care center environment. I absolutely loved my time there. Felicia, the center manager, was incredibly kind and supportive, and the rest of the staff were just wonderful. The children were a joy to be around, and I could see how much they were learning from their dedicated educators. Being able to do my placement at Papilio Boxhill has been a truly enriching experience, allowing me to learn so much from both the educators and the manager.

I greatly appreciate the outstanding service provided by the team at Papillo Box Hill. My children can’t wait to get into the centre each morning, excited to see their wonderful educators. Cristina consistently presents herself in a friendly manner, contributing to a warm and inviting environment at the center. I highly recommend this facility to anyone I come across.

If I can give a Negative Star I will give this centre. My daughter attended this centre for 1 month and We decided to pull her out, paying the payment for 4 consecutive weeks even though not attending anymore. My child is a beginner, what would you expect? One of the Educator always says ‘Oh your daughter doesn’t speak in English’,…. How come? She speaks and answers us in English at home. And one Educator said, ‘Please pick her up early because she’s crying’… We pay a lot, paying full time (6:30am to 6:30pm). We pick my child around 4:30 pm, and usually bring her to the centre 9:30 or 10:00 in the morning… And there is one incident that my daughter came home with wounded fingers ( that turned into a scar) without any incident report. One of my daughter asked the Educator what happened, and guess what they answered also in question. They don’t know where did my daughter got her wound… One time when we were in our receiving room, my three year old daughter said, ‘ Teacher pulled hair’, know what she demonstrated her hand pulling upward her hair!!! Then she continued saying Teacher boo boo… showing her fingers!!! That is really a frustrating one… We paid a lot, not to experience this kind of experience. Educators should know their duties and responsibilities….

Terrible terrible centre. It was once a good centre with excellent management and communication. Now it’s an uncomfortable rude place where management don’t care about the hard earn money we pay for our child to attend. The educators are wonderful, experienced and very friendly, but unfortunately management and head office ruin it for them all. From running out of basic needs like wipes to no or little communication from management and head office. When you do they are extremely rude. They give wonderful promises of calling you back or dealing with situations but they sweep it under the rug. No accountability there. I’m not the only parent who feels this way. The rooms were beautifully set up with activities for children but now everything is empty and bland. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely and treated in a way with little respect.

As a parent that her child has attended this center I can only say that this has been the most amazing experience for my son and myself. He has been supported and he has developed his skills so much. He has grown mentally and he has been loved and understood by the educators. As a parent I am so grateful that I found a place where I can trust leaving my child all day while I work as I know he is in the right hands. All staff from the manager, educators, and cook they are amazing they always welcome you with love and love your children. I have no words to express my gratitude and I am so sad this is our last year. I hope future parents can get to have the same experience as we did. This center has been a blessing for us. Staff you are the best !!!! ❤️❤️

My daughter has been going to Paisley Park Box hill since November 2017 and she absolutely loves it. The centre is modern throughout and sits on beautiful grounds. The centre has a herb/vegetable garden as well as a pet bunny, chicken, budgie and a fish tank that teaches the children how to engage and care for animals. The children get exposure to fun and educational activities like weekly baby yoga sessions, sport days, visits from the police & fire brigade and even mandarin classes! The educators build strong relationships with the children at the centre and I can tell they really care about my daughter. And the food, oh my goodness does my child eat well! Celebrity chef, Miguel Maestre, designs the menu and I've tasted it - they eat like kings. They often have menu tastings for parents and the food is out of this world. I would highly recommend sending your child to Paisley Park Box Hill.

This childcare was great a few years ago. The educators were dedicated attentive and genuinely loved children. However with new management this place is no longer the same.
Even after making a casual booking several months in advance, I was told that they would not be able to confirm attendance until two weeks prior. I was told that they can’t even guarantee the date that was booked months ahead and already approved on system. This was not the case with the previous manager.
The service from the new manager is v poor, she has no idea what she’s doing and don’t even know that kids can attend childcare up to 6 years old.
The centre has gone through high turnover of staff in the last few years and I think now I realise it is because of the management.
We had very fond memories of this childcare as it was like a big family but now this place is just a mess and is very sad.
I also would like to make a note that they specifically asked if the parents can write a google review for them; and of course if you child still goes to this childcare, you wouldn’t write a bad review.
NQS for this centre is meeting yet the fee has increased drastically these few years.
