I'd just like to share how wonderful and professional the service is at Papilio, Box Hill Nth.
All of the Staff (Managers, Educators, Chef) are happy, courteous and welcoming.
It is very obvious that they love working there. The kids are happy, and the venue has a lovely homely cosy feel about it.
We are very happy we have chosen Papilio, Box Hill Nth for our families early childhood education needs. Highly recommend.

Our daughter has been attending for 6 months now. We were worried about having to start her at a new daycare after moving houses but she has settled in so well! We love that it's a smaller centre with a personal feel, and know that our child will receive the extra care and attention when needed. After sending our child to Papilio in March this year, we have seen significant growth in our child almost every month. He has learned how to communicate with children of his age at the childcare, and his language skills have progressed rapidly. Every time we pick him up, he says how much fun childcare is. Initially, we were very worried about whether he would adapt to the new life quickly, but it turns out we worried too much. He is now very adapted to childcare life and enjoys interacting with teachers and classmates. Every teacher and staff member at Papilio has shown their passion for the early childhood education industry. We would 200% recommend Popilio to parents who are seeking childcare for their child! Tips: Waiting list might be long, so please plan ahead.

It has been a privilege to witness his growth—from the tears at the very first drop-off and the nerves over our first "incident report," to seeing him blossom socially and academically. We loved hearing stories about his new friendships and the new skills he mastered every week.
We really appreciated the daily updates and photos that kept us connected to his day. We apologize that work prevented us from saying a final goodbye in person on his last day, but we want to express our sincere gratitude for the team's unwavering professionalism and genuine love for the kids. If you are a new parent looking for childcare, I strongly recommend Papilio; it was the perfect choice for us.

This Centre was very proactive with childhood development. They sent out updates daily along with activity photos of the children. The staff were awesome and Selena was always helpful and polite even through all my queries! Childhood development and safety was keenly focused on and I couldn't ask for better care. My son has been going to Papilio box hill north for over 6 months now, he is loving it. He has learnt his first English word in the centre and met his first best friend there too. Seeing him happily walking into the room is the greatest moment for parents. All educators and teachers are very supportive and patient. They update my kid routines and progress everyday, which is also an exciting thing for me to see now. Looking at how happy and how much he’s improving everyday is so precious. I have a 4 yr old that has been going to papilio since he was 9.5 months old and is now in the kinder. I also have my 10 month old in papilio as well... They both love it there and have formed great connections with the educators. They are very quick to respond to emails and are very understanding.

Both of my kids attend this centre for many years - from baby to kinder. The educators, manager and assistant manager have been superstar all these years. I cannot speak highly enough about them. I love hands on manager that put herself on floor! Erin and Rebecca are brilliant! Can’t named all the educators, they are all loved by the children and give 100% trust on them. Some have work there for many many years and seen our kids grow.
It was a little hiccup before Eric and Rebecca arrival. Since their arrival, we are so please and feeling heard of our little feedback everytime.
