I would not recommend this center to anyone. The staff working there lack experience, and they dismiss experienced employees in favor of hiring trainees. These trainees often stand around and do nothing, failing to engage with the children effectively. There are many better centers where you can send your child, ones that provide a higher quality of care and a more enriching environment. This center offers nothing beneficial for your children. The management’s poor decisions and lack of support for their staff reflect poorly on the care and attention your child will receive. They prioritize cost-cutting measures over the well-being and development of the children. The turnover rate is high because they do not value experienced staff, leading to inconsistency in the care and education provided. During my time there, I witnessed firsthand how the lack of experienced and engaged staff negatively impacted the children. Activities were often poorly organized, and the children did not receive the attention and stimulation they need for healthy development. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more suitable and nurturing environment for your child's development. There are many centers that truly prioritize the well-being of the children and invest in qualified, dedicated staff. Your child deserves a place where they will be valued, cared for, and given every opportunity to thrive.

I recently did a tour of the centre and I was very pleased with the presentation of the centre. The educators were very friendly and engaged with the children and children were happy.

I greatly appreciate the outstanding service provided by the team at Papillo Box Hill. My children can’t wait to get into the centre each morning, excited to see their wonderful educators. Cristina consistently presents herself in a friendly manner, contributing to a warm and inviting environment at the center. I highly recommend this facility to anyone I come across.

We’ve just done a tour of this beautiful centre. We had great conversation with the centre manager who made us feel right at home. My daughter got to explore the areas and didn’t want to leave!

If I can give a Negative Star I will give this centre. My daughter attended this centre for 1 month and We decided to pull her out, paying the payment for 4 consecutive weeks even though not attending anymore. My child is a beginner, what would you expect? One of the Educator always says ‘Oh your daughter doesn’t speak in English’,…. How come? She speaks and answers us in English at home. And one Educator said, ‘Please pick her up early because she’s crying’… We pay a lot, paying full time (6:30am to 6:30pm). We pick my child around 4:30 pm, and usually bring her to the centre 9:30 or 10:00 in the morning… And there is one incident that my daughter came home with wounded fingers ( that turned into a scar) without any incident report. One of my daughter asked the Educator what happened, and guess what they answered also in question. They don’t know where did my daughter got her wound… One time when we were in our receiving room, my three year old daughter said, ‘ Teacher pulled hair’, know what she demonstrated her hand pulling upward her hair!!! Then she continued saying Teacher boo boo… showing her fingers!!! That is really a frustrating one… We paid a lot, not to experience this kind of experience. Educators should know their duties and responsibilities….

Terrible terrible centre. It was once a good centre with excellent management and communication. Now it’s an uncomfortable rude place where management don’t care about the hard earn money we pay for our child to attend. The educators are wonderful, experienced and very friendly, but unfortunately management and head office ruin it for them all. From running out of basic needs like wipes to no or little communication from management and head office. When you do they are extremely rude. They give wonderful promises of calling you back or dealing with situations but they sweep it under the rug. No accountability there. I’m not the only parent who feels this way. The rooms were beautifully set up with activities for children but now everything is empty and bland. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely and treated in a way with little respect.

As a parent that her child has attended this center I can only say that this has been the most amazing experience for my son and myself. He has been supported and he has developed his skills so much. He has grown mentally and he has been loved and understood by the educators. As a parent I am so grateful that I found a place where I can trust leaving my child all day while I work as I know he is in the right hands. All staff from the manager, educators, and cook they are amazing they always welcome you with love and love your children. I have no words to express my gratitude and I am so sad this is our last year. I hope future parents can get to have the same experience as we did. This center has been a blessing for us. Staff you are the best !!!! ❤️❤️

My daughter has been going to Paisley Park Box hill since November 2017 and she absolutely loves it. The centre is modern throughout and sits on beautiful grounds. The centre has a herb/vegetable garden as well as a pet bunny, chicken, budgie and a fish tank that teaches the children how to engage and care for animals. The children get exposure to fun and educational activities like weekly baby yoga sessions, sport days, visits from the police & fire brigade and even mandarin classes! The educators build strong relationships with the children at the centre and I can tell they really care about my daughter. And the food, oh my goodness does my child eat well! Celebrity chef, Miguel Maestre, designs the menu and I've tasted it - they eat like kings. They often have menu tastings for parents and the food is out of this world. I would highly recommend sending your child to Paisley Park Box Hill.

This childcare was great a few years ago. The educators were dedicated attentive and genuinely loved children. However with new management this place is no longer the same. Even after making a casual booking several months in advance, I was told that they would not be able to confirm attendance until two weeks prior. I was told that they can’t even guarantee the date that was booked months ahead and already approved on system. This was not the case with the previous manager. The service from the new manager is v poor, she has no idea what she’s doing and don’t even know that kids can attend childcare up to 6 years old. The centre has gone through high turnover of staff in the last few years and I think now I realise it is because of the management. We had very fond memories of this childcare as it was like a big family but now this place is just a mess and is very sad. I also would like to make a note that they specifically asked if the parents can write a google review for them; and of course if you child still goes to this childcare, you wouldn’t write a bad review. NQS for this centre is meeting yet the fee has increased drastically these few years.

Best child care! The educators are very patient and care about children. My daughter went to Papilio since she was 1.5 years old. It is been one year. She loves to be there. She even doesn’t want to go home every time when I picks her up. Big thank you to all the educators!!

Papilio Box Hill North is one of the CCs in the surrounding suburbs. Our childcare experience was a process of trail and error before attending Papilio BHN. We are so glad & relived that our daughter has been having a good time there while making progress in her essential skills learning. The educators in the centre are attentive and are genuinely interested in the development of the child.

My son is so happy be here now. Cares are fantastic.

Very nice center. Qiqi and other teachers are very responsible for the kids as they always put children and parents in first priority. My daughter was cared with love in papilio! Highly recommended!!!

My daughter attended Papilio BH North since she was 10 month old and absolutely love it there (currently 18 months). They have a very warm, kind and caring team. The educators here are fabulous with lots of experience and are always trying to find new ways to educate and keep the kids engaged and learning. I highly recommend this service if you are looking for the daycare centre.

Papilio Early Learning is the most caring school in Melbourne in my opinion. There is a very responsible principal（QiQi）. The educators are also very patient and treat each child with a smile. When I pick up, they will let me know about my daughter’s performance for a day. My daughter enjoys school and asks me when she can go to school every day. She misses her educators and her classmates.

I am highly recommend Papilio Early Learning Box Hill North to everyone who looking for a childcare for their child. This childcare is an outstanding childcare center that deserves five stars. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a nurturing environment for the children. The facility is well-maintained and filled with age-appropriate activities. I have complete peace of mind knowing my son Wyatt is in great hands at this Childcare Center. Thank you so much for all incredible and fantastic staffs that caring and teaching Wyatt.😊

The experience at Papilio BH North is wonderful! The manager Qiqi and Karen, and educators at Toddler room are amazing! All of them are very helpful, professional and friendly! My son has been attending the toddler room and he enjoys the days at Papilio all the time! I would definitely recommend the center to all my friends!

The teachers at this kindergarten are very patient and good with the children. The activities designed by the teachers are also interesting and I can see the progress of my child every day.
